We are sorry to hear that your pup turned his nose up at the food! Because our sample packs are designed as a small trial to test out your dog's preferences, they are non-refundable. We completely understand how frustrating it is when a picky eater doesn't approve. We suggest passing the rest of the pack along to a local animal shelter or a friend’s dog who might enjoy it. Wow. Great food!
The food… I have been cooking chicken for Murphy since I got him five years ago. I’ve also taken on a foster and he is probably 11 years old. A great Dane mix about 65 pounds. I ran out of chicken and I gave them your happy howl meal and they licked those plates clean. I only wish I could afford it full-time on a Social Security check. This might not be possible but thank you for the a few boxes I received. They were well loved.

Travel in an RV
Travel in an RV with limited refrigerator space and this shelf stable food is perfect. I have a 90#Golden Retriever that loves this food. I mix it with dry kibble for convenience and affordability.

I got the wrong food. My subscription is supposed to be lamb delight only I got a mixed box. With beef lamb and turkey

Our dogs love the food
Our dogs love the food. I only wish they sent it Fedex instead of UPS, as UPS comes here very late in the day (usually several hours after Fedex)

AZ Extreme Temps - Happy Howl ship normal delivery :(
As temps in AZ are now over 100, I was surprised to see that Happy Howl did not expedite the shipping for our region. The product from UT was normal transit for 3 or 4 days. 1 of which was in Phoenix for a full day in the back of a Non-AC delivery vehicle when delivered at 5p. So, extreme temps on a human grade food -- makes me question if this is the right choice for our pup. Some boxes looked a little expanded.

Our packaging is specifically designed to handle high temps during shipping, and we’ve made improvements over time to make sure the food stays safe and shelf-stable until it’s opened. That said, if you ever notice an unusual texture when opening a carton, just let us know by sending us a picture and we’ll make it right!

Have been getting this food for a couple years. Dogs love it- it is easy on their stomach.
