Love the convenience of the no freeze…
Love the convenience of the no freeze boxes, as we travel with our dog and don't always have access to a freezer. The BEST part is that our dog enjoys every flavor and licks his feeding bowl when donel!!!

We love hearing this! Traveling with a pup is such a fun adventure, and we are so thrilled that our shelf-stable recipes are making your trips a whole lot easier and freezer-free. Hearing that your dog loves every single recipe and leaves his bowl sparkling clean is the absolute best compliment we could ask for. Thank you for taking us along on your journeys, and happy trails to you both!

Several boxes of food busted open in…
Several boxes of food busted open in the shipping box. It was such a mess and I didn't want to risk my dogs getting sick so I trashed the entire box. Definitely will not be ordering again. I am kinda disappointed because I really thought my pups would like this food.
Response from Happy HowlJun 16, 2026
Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and please accept our sincerest apologies for the mess. Arriving with burst cartons is completely unacceptable, and we want to investigate this with our shipping team immediately. While we completely respect your decision, we want to help. Please contact our care team at [email protected] with your account information so we can look into this specific delivery and assist you further.

So far my Bostons approve
The food arrived on time. The packaging is done beautifully with care given to assuring fresh food, convenient opening. The portions are easily divided. So far, my choosy Boston Terriers are interested in the smells and tastes of this new food they are trying. They are very particular about what they find appetizing so this is a work in progress.

We love hearing this! It sounds like you have some very discerning food critics on your hands, and we are so honored that our recipes have piqued their interest. We’re also thrilled that you’re loving the packaging and portioning—we put a lot of heart into making mealtime as convenient as possible for pet parents. Transitions can definitely be a 'work in progress' for those particular pups, so please keep us posted on how they settle in!

My dogs would not eat one drop of it.

Thank you for your honest feedback, and we're sorry our food was not a hit! The good news is this is actually pretty common and there are a few things we can try to help encourage your pup again. Feeding Tips to Try -Start small & mix in: Try mixing a small amount of the food with something your pup already enjoys (like their previous food) and gradually increase the amount over a few days -Warm it up: Slightly warming the food can enhance the aroma and make it more enticing in a microwave safe bowl for 10 seconds (NOT in the packaging) -Add a topper: A splash of warm water, low-sodium bone broth, or even a little plain boiled chicken can help spark interest -Stick to a schedule: Offer the food for about 15–20 minutes, then pick it up if your pup doesn’t eat. This can help reinforce mealtime routines -Hand feeding (short-term): Sometimes offering a few bites by hand can help reintroduce the food in a positive way

So far so good
So far so good. Dogs like the food. The box is difficult to open and measure for serving. Nice to include the long spoon.
Response from Happy HowlJun 15, 2026
Thank you for the great feedback! We are thrilled that the dogs are fans of the food, and we're so glad you're loving the long spoon. We appreciate your note about the box packaging and measuring process, as it helps us know what we can work on to make things better for our pet parents. Cheers to many more happy, empty bowls!

Delivery was super fast, but....
Delivery was super fast. However, I'm hoping this batch is better than my last order. The turkey lacked moisture and the stew came out weighing less per portion than usual. My little guy does love it!
Response from Happy HowlJun 16, 2026
Thank you so much for the feedback! We are glad your order arrived quickly and that your little guy loves the food. We are very sorry to hear about the dry turkey and being underweight in your last order, and we have shared this directly with our team to investigate! We truly appreciate your support!
