Happy HowlWhere it started:Rocky changedeverything andI never set out to start a dog food company. My husky Rocky had the worst stomach on the planet. Years of vet visits, prescription diets, and hundreds spent on premium food brands. We tried everything. Nothing worked. So I decided to build it myself. 36 recipe iterations. Countless hours with vets and nutritionists. All chasing one question: what’s the best food we could possibly make for a dog? When we finally got it right, Rocky was the proof. He hasn't been sick in over 18 months. He runs three miles with me every morning. That's the standard every Happy Howl bowl is held to. Nothing less.Colin Buckley– Founder

As long as my dogs keep loving it. Will you be getting new flavors?
Response from Happy HowlJun 15, 2026
We're so glad to hear your dogs are big fans of the food! We don't have any new recipes in the works at the moment, but we promise to keep pouring all our love into the current flavors they know and love. Thank you so much for being a part of the Happy Howl family!

My dogs love your product. However the box arrived damaged. The bottom was partially opened, ripped cardboard, and upon opening all the way, all the contents are there and in good condition.

Thank you for the feedback! We’re so glad your dogs are fans of the food and that everything inside arrived safely, but we’re sorry about the banged-up box. We've noted this to help our warehouse team improve our packaging moving forward. Please know that if anything ever does arrive damaged, we are always happy to send a replacement your way. Thanks for helping us improve, and cheers to many more happy, empty bowls!

My daughter started the same time I did. Her dog liked everything but the beef stew. Her dog is much larger then. She does not have to portion one box.

Thank you for sharing! We're glad her pup is enjoying Lamb and Turkey, and you can't beat the convenience of feeding a full carton at a time for a larger dog. We appreciate your family's support!

Great product that my dog throughly enjoys. She is diabetic and Happy Howl has helped us to manage her condition more easily. Subscription is easy to modify as needed.

This is absolutely wonderful to hear! Keeping a diabetic pup healthy requires a lot of care, and we’re so incredibly proud that our whole-food ingredients are making that daily management smoother for you both. It's a huge win that she looks forward to mealtime, and we're glad the flexible subscription keeps everything running smoothly. Thank you for the fantastic feedback!

This company makes an excellent dogfood that is really helping my French Bulldog. We are both sleeping now because she is no longer scratching. Worth its weight in gold.
Response from Happy HowlJun 15, 2026
Hearing that you are both finally getting some well-deserved sleep is the absolute best news! Skin issues and constant scratching can be so stressful for Frenchies (and their humans), so knowing our food has brought that much-needed relief truly means the world to us. Thank you for such an incredible compliment—we are so thrilled your sweet girl is thriving and that peace has returned to your bedtime routine!
