Our 5 and 6 year old Border Collies absolutely LOVE Happy Howl! They wait patiently - well - almost patiently for us to mix their kibble with the HH and they run to their bowls and sit and wait to be "served"!!

You gave me less than ONE days notice you were sending an "autoship" I thought I had cancelled. I saw the email and responded within an hour saying it should be cancelled. Your AI response was that it would send my request to a human. I went to the site and cancelled it myself, but you claimed you had already shipped it! I got the 'order shipped' notice that evening. Subsequent communications were the OPPOSITE of helpful. Please leave me alone, every time you contact me it reminds me of how pissed I am.

Four days prior to fulfilling and shipping an order, we send an upcoming order email to allow time for any changes or cancellations. Once the cancellation window has passed, the order enters fulfillment and cannot be stopped or refunded, as stated in our policy. Because the cancellation was not submitted during the designated window, this order has already been processed for shipping. Unfortunately, we are unable to stop the shipment or issue a refund at this stage. We do not accept returns on food due to safety and freshness standards. Once food leaves our hands, we can’t resell or reuse it to ensure every pup gets the highest-quality, untouched meals. We recommend donating to a local shelter.
