I like the vitamins and minerals vegetables everything that you have in your dog food but the only thing I don't like is that my dogs gland in the back needs to be expressed every once in awhile so I have to give her hard cable to do it because if she eats all of your food she will not express that gland in the back if you could help me with that I appreciate it

I cancelled my subscription online in plenty of time to stop the next delivery. Then, my online banking showed a charge for another shipment. I immediately contacted HH and was told they have no record of the cancelled subscription and the order was in route so nothing they could do. I asked for a call tag to return the product and a refund. "Not our policy" was their answer. Requested a phone call back from someone in charge. Howie called. Told him everything and was given the same story. "Not our policy and nothing they can do". THE MISTAKE WAS HH'S AND I AM OAYING FOR IT. IT'S NOT RIGHT!

Delivery was at good time. I'm disabled and was afraid UPS would deliver around 7pm like other UPS deliveries I get. Delivery was in afternoon while my daughter was here so she was able to bring packages in. Sally (my 12 yr old German Shepherd) loves the food! She was previously eating Nom Nom's. I love it now that I have freezer space for my food! AAA+++

Our pooch Harley loves all 3 flavors that we have ordered for her. Turkey, Beef and Lamb. She licks the bowl clean every feeding which is twice a day. She has had normal stools as well.
