Where it started:Rocky changedeverything andI never set out to start a dog food company.My husky Rocky had the worst stomach on the planet. Years of vet visits, prescription diets, and hundreds spent on premium food brands. We tried everything. Nothing worked.So I decided to build it myself. 36 recipe iterations. Countless hours with vets and nutritionists. All chasing one question: what’s the best food we could possibly make for a dog? When we finally got it right, Rocky was the proof.He hasn't been sick in over 18 months. He runs three miles with me every morning. That's the standard every Happy Howl bowl is held to. Just another dog food

First of all, the marketing campaign is good The packaging is convenient a bit pricey It does have less crap ingredients in it then most dog food, kibbles, etc. However, it does have synthetic ingredients that I still question If you’re looking for convenience, this is a good product I wish there was organic ingredients. We don’t know where these ingredients are coming from or if the animals or vegetables have been grown in Glysophate or has the multiple vaccines in them. Don’t know where their source is so to me it’s questionable Again, getting your food and knowing where it comes from, making it at home will always be the best.

We’re always happy to share a little more about our recipes and sourcing: Our recipes include a small number of synthetic vitamins and minerals selected for their absorption and stability. These nutrients are chelated, meaning they’re bound to amino acids to support bioavailability and help your pup absorb them efficiently. They work alongside our natural ingredients to help provide a complete and balanced diet. We source our ingredients from farms in the U.S., with our partner farms located within 100 miles of our manufacturing facility in Wisconsin. Our food is prepared in a USDA kitchen that follows strict FDA guidelines. We also use non-GMO produce and source pesticide-free fruits and vegetables. While our produce isn’t certified organic, we hold it to high standards for cleanliness and safety. We know every pet parent has different priorities when it comes to feeding their pups, and we truly appreciate you sharing yours.
