Go Walnut! (Cutest name ever by the way!) Hearing that she is down 6 pounds and had an excellent vet visit is absolutely the best news. Managing digestive issues and weight goals can be a tough balancing act, so we are incredibly proud to play a part in her wellness journey. Thank you for trusting our Tasty Turkey Feast to get her feeling her best, and give her an extra belly rub from our team!

Thank you for your feedback, and we are sorry it was not love at first bite! The good news is this is actually pretty common and there are a few things we can try to help encourage your pup again. Feeding Tips to Try -Start small & mix in: Try mixing a small amount of the food with something your pup already enjoys (like their previous food) and gradually increase the amount over a few days -Warm it up: Slightly warming the food can enhance the aroma and make it more enticing in a microwave safe bowl for 10 seconds (NOT in the packaging) -Add a topper: A splash of warm water, low-sodium bone broth, or even a little plain boiled chicken can help spark interest -Stick to a schedule: Offer the food for about 15–20 minutes, then pick it up if your pup doesn’t eat. This can help reinforce mealtime routines -Hand feeding (short-term): Sometimes offering a few bites by hand can help reintroduce the food in a positive way Let us know if you’d like to give these a try, and we're here to support you every step of the way! Giving your dog time to transition to Happy Howl means you’re giving their body the chance to adjust gently, leading to better digestion, improved energy, and long-term health benefits.

We are so sorry to hear that your pup had an allergic reaction to the rice in our recipes. Navigating food allergies is incredibly stressful, and we are sorry that our subscription refund policy added to your frustration during a tough time. We also appreciate the feedback regarding the weight of the shipment for apartment living, and we are glad the food could at least go to support a local shelter.
