Happy HowlWhere it started:Rocky changedeverything andI never set out to start a dog food company. My husky Rocky had the worst stomach on the planet. Years of vet visits, prescription diets, and hundreds spent on premium food brands. We tried everything. Nothing worked. So I decided to build it myself. 36 recipe iterations. Countless hours with vets and nutritionists. All chasing one question: what’s the best food we could possibly make for a dog? When we finally got it right, Rocky was the proof. He hasn't been sick in over 18 months. He runs three miles with me every morning. That's the standard every Happy Howl bowl is held to. Nothing less.Colin Buckley– Founder

My dog loves this food and is looking so trim and fit. i had to change my delivery date a couple of times because we were out of town and it was so easy to do on line.

My only issue is, and I do like the product, is that the box with 2 weeks of product is so very heavy for us older folks, very difficult to lift,,,
Response from Happy HowlJul 12, 2026
Thank you for being so honest with us! We are thrilled that you like the product, but we sincerely apologize that the delivery boxes have been too heavy and difficult to lift. Your comfort is incredibly important to us, so we've taken care of this for all your future deliveries. Starting with your next order on July 27th, we are splitting your standard delivery into two lighter, more manageable boxes of 18 cartons each. You will still get your full order right on time, just in much easier-to-carry packages! Thank you so much for being a part of the Happy Howl family, and enjoy that lighter lifting on your next delivery!

My dogs are happy! They love all of the recipes. Both of our mini schnauzers skin seems healthier and they are both adjusted well. Ordering is seamless and convenient.

There is truly nothing better than a double dose of happy, thriving pups! Thank you for sharing such an amazing update on your Mini Schnauzers. Real, clean nutrition can do absolute wonders for skin and coat health, and we are so glad it's making a noticeable difference for your babies. We look forward to keeping mealtime seamless and delicious for you both for a long time to come!

I have NOT received my food! Of this is how long it takes I am not going to be ordering in the future.
Response from Happy HowlJul 12, 2026
I completely understand your frustration, and I am so incredibly sorry for the delay in getting your food to you! We never want you to feel left in the dark about your pup's meals. To give you a little insight into the timeline, your order came through to us after our shipping facilities had already closed for the weekend on Friday. Because we do not operate over the weekend, our team jumped right on it first thing the following Monday morning to get it packed and shipped out. Our records show that the package officially delivered on Friday, June 10th. We truly appreciate your patience with this unfortunate timing, and we are confident that future orders will be much speedier for you!
