Prince absolutely loves the food, he sees us getting the box out the pantry and gets super excited. Prince did not like his kibble food no more it would sit for 2 days and now it seems to only last like 30 seconds. Highly recommend Happy Howl to any dog.

Our dog loves Happy Howl! We started him on the lamb thinking that might be best for his skin allergies, but after a while he seemed to develop an allergy so Happy Howl worked with us and exchanged the case we had with Turkey. The turkey is going great for him. He's always been food motivated, but he has never been this excited to eat. He also no longer has digestive issues. We are very pleased with not only the product, but the great customer service too. I highly recommend Happy Howl!

My dog only ate one of the boxes about halfway. Don’t think we will try this again!

I have been getting Happy Howl for a several months. One of my dogs liked it the other was iffy on it. The problem came in on the last delivery one of the boxes we open and it was infested with ants. I reached out to the company, and because I didn’t have photo documentation of it they wouldn’t credit my account I had to throw it all out. And I didn’t take pictures because I wanted it out of my house and was more worried about that than taking photos. First, they weren’t willing to do anything. I canceled my subscription that somebody reached out said I’ll send you a free shipment of food which I didn’t want because I don’t want the chance of that happening again. I really just wanted to credit for the food I couldn’t use. Which they didn’t do. So my subscription is canceled and I’m looking for other options.

Hi Mary! We’re sorry for the frustration here. ❤️ We requested photos only because UPS requires documentation when we submit a claim for a shipment that arrives damaged or affected in transit. As we discussed, one possibility is that the package may have been placed in an area where it was exposed to ants after delivery. Regardless, we were more than happy to replace the shipment for you and wanted to make sure we had the documentation needed for the carrier.
