Happy HowlWhere it started:Rocky changedeverything andI never set out to start a dog food company. My husky Rocky had the worst stomach on the planet. Years of vet visits, prescription diets, and hundreds spent on premium food brands. We tried everything. Nothing worked. So I decided to build it myself. 36 recipe iterations. Countless hours with vets and nutritionists. All chasing one question: what’s the best food we could possibly make for a dog? When we finally got it right, Rocky was the proof. He hasn't been sick in over 18 months. He runs three miles with me every morning. That's the standard every Happy Howl bowl is held to. Nothing less.Colin Buckley– Founder

Worst customer service I’ve experienced. Repeatedly sent order to someone else’s address and never replied to multiple attempts to contact. Don’t waste your money on this company.

Thank you for sharing your feedback, and please accept our sincere apologies for the delay in getting back to you! We hold our team to a very high standard, so we are deeply sorry that we missed your previous messages. To clarify what happened, all recurring subscription orders are automatically generated using the shipping address saved in your account portal, and we had not received prior notification of an address change. We completely respect your decision to cancel your subscription with Happy Howl, but we truly appreciate the time you spent with us and wish you and your pup all the best!
