When I call and tell you that I am low on Dog Food I either get my order the next day or the following day. Excellent excellent excellent service and the dog loves your food thank you thank you thank you Linda Hartman

Order change
When I called to change my order amount/frequency, the gentleman helping me was just so pleasant and helpful! This is the 2nd or 3rd time since I started HH that I've changed it and every person made me feel comfortable doing so. I highly recommend HH.

This is the worst dog food company I’ve…
This is the worst dog food company I’ve ever encountered. I canceled my order and they proceeded to ship because apparently, whn you cancel the order, it DOES NOT cancel the subscription. I thought about giving it a shot since they shipped it anyway, but the dog food i’ve received had a foul smell when I received it. My dog won’t even go near it. When i reached out to support, they made me go through hoops. Asked me to open more cartons, and send them a pic, etc etc. Mind you, we opened two more and all of them are spoiled. Send them the pic and instead of refunding or approving a return, they sent a replacement instead? LOL. So please, save your money. This dog food brand is a scam!

I have a dachshund and a frenchie and they both loved your rings . Both my husband and I commented we hadn’t seen them so quiet and occupied in something before and I plan on ordering them again .

I reached out about my first order with…
I reached out about my first order with Happy Howl and how my dog has sensitivities but ordered the product I was aware would be safe. He was sick for two days. I reached out again asking about sending the entire box back untouched; not asking for anything but a refund for the box and they let me know via email because I received some kind of promotional email that I didn’t qualify for any refunds or replacement. I am seeking medical compensation for my Julep. 😭

To maintain clarity around our offer terms, our return policy explicitly excludes any orders where a promotional or discount code was applied, which is why we are unable to accept returns or process refunds for opened or unopened boxes.
