My package arrived without any dry ice
My package arrived without any dry-ice.. Also, there were no store instructions. My dog got sick today with vomiting. This was his 3rd time eating it. Is the food not packaged or stored properly? Was It supposed to be delivered with no way to keep it frozen and fresh?

To help ease your mind, our food is specially designed to be completely shelf-stable, so dry ice and freezing during shipping are actually not required at all. Unopened cartons can be safely stored in your pantry at room temperature, and once opened, they stay fresh in the refrigerator for up to 5 days using the provided storage bags. Because rich new foods can sometimes startle a dog's digestive system, we always recommend a gradual 7-to-10-day transition schedule. Start by mixing 25% Happy Howl with 75% of his previous food for a few days, slowly increasing the ratio over time. Thank you for reaching out, and please let us know how he is doing!
