Happy HowlWhere it started:Rocky changedeverything andI never set out to start a dog food company. My husky Rocky had the worst stomach on the planet. Years of vet visits, prescription diets, and hundreds spent on premium food brands. We tried everything. Nothing worked. So I decided to build it myself. 36 recipe iterations. Countless hours with vets and nutritionists. All chasing one question: what’s the best food we could possibly make for a dog? When we finally got it right, Rocky was the proof. He hasn't been sick in over 18 months. He runs three miles with me every morning. That's the standard every Happy Howl bowl is held to. my dogs love the food. I just wished every time I ordered it wouldn't be signed me up for a new subscription. Other than that, I love Happy Howl.

We are thrilled that your pups love the food, but we hear you on the order confusion! Because subscriptions run automatically, manual reorders are usually not needed. If you check out manually while selecting the 20% subscriber discount, it will generate a new subscription, though choosing a standard one-time purchase will not! We are more than happy to clean up your account and ensure you only have one active delivery plan. Please give us a call at 1-888-436-7490, and our team will gladly get your settings adjusted. Thank you for your feedback!

Dogs wouldn’t eat it

Hi Nadine, Good news: picky eating is super common, and most pups just need a little convincing. Here are a few tricks that usually get even the pickiest pups on board. Feeding Tips to Try: - Start small & mix in: Try mixing a small amount of the food with something your pup already enjoys (like their previous food) and gradually increase the amount over a few days - Warm it up: Slightly warming the food can enhance the aroma and make it more enticing in a microwave safe bowl for 10 seconds (NOT in the packaging) - Add a topper: A splash of warm water, low-sodium bone broth, or even a little plain boiled chicken can help spark interest - Stick to a schedule: Offer the food for about 15–20 minutes, then pick it up if your pup doesn't eat. This can help reinforce mealtime routines - Hand feeding (short-term): Sometimes offering a few bites by hand can help reintroduce the food in a positive way Warm Wags, The Happy Howl Team

My ten year old terrier mix is a very picky eater! After trying several different brands of food, we were very happy that we found Happy Howl. We first found it in our local CVS. But then they no longer carried it. Even though it’s a little expensive, it’s worth it, because he really likes it!

Hi Cristina, Thank you so much for taking the time to leave us a review! We're so happy you found Happy Howl—and even happier to hear it's been a hit with your picky terrier! 💛 We know how exciting it is when you finally find a food they're genuinely excited to eat. We do offer bulk packs! You can order packs of 48 or 96 meals at a discounted rate. They're great for multi-dog households or long-term storage, each meal stays fresh for up to 2 years when unopened. For example, our 48-pack subscription saves about $41 compared to purchasing the same number of cartons in our 18-pack size. No pressure at all—I just wanted to mention it in case it's helpful! https://happyhowl.com/products/happy-howl-bulk-pack We hope your sweet pup continues to look forward to every meal.
