Fast delivery and convenient!
Very fast deliver for 1st order! Each box contains a great amount of food. I love not having to worry about freezing, and remembering to thaw. AND, my dogs LOVED it!

Talk about a successful first order! We are so excited to hear that your pups loved every bite and that you get to say goodbye to the hassle of freezing and thawing meals forever. Delivering generous portions quickly to your doorstep is what we strive for every single time! Thank you so much for joining the Happy Howl family, and we cannot wait to keep those bowls full!

Wrong amount in 2 Flavor combo
I ordered the two flavor combo. I should have received 24 of each flavor instead I received 30 of one flavor and 18 of the other. My 2 dogs like different flavors which means one will be happy but the other will not after the 18th day.
Response from Happy HowlAug 4, 2026
We are so deeply sorry for the mix-up with your order! Getting an uneven split of 30 and 18 instead of the 24-and-24 combo you purchased is completely our mistake, and we certainly do not want either of your pups running out of their favorite flavor early. We would love to send out an exchange right away to swap out those extra cartons for the correct flavor so both of your dogs stay happy and fed! Please reach out to our support team with your order number, and we will get this corrected for you immediately. Thank you for bringing this to our attention!

Easy packaging to open and store for a long time. My three GOD'S go nut for it. I like the slow cooking and preservation plus the fact it's healthy.

My dog loves the food
My dog loved the food! I combine it with kibble to keep it affordable. My only complaint is the way that the box opens and that it has to be covered to refrigerate the leftovers. Maybe a container with its own top?

I'm so happy to hear your pup loved the food! 💛 And thank you for sharing your thoughts on the packaging. I completely understand what you mean once it's opened. I actually went ahead and added one of our spoons and a set of our reusable storage bags to your next order at no charge. 😊 We love the bags because they're great for sealing leftovers in the fridge, and they also make it easy if you ever want to portion meals out ahead of time. If you ever need another set, just send us an email—we'd be happy to send more your way. Warm Wags, Rachel The Happy Howl Team
