I have ordered from them three different times...The first time they got my order correct, the second time they substituted a few oil scents for ones I didnt order and they only filled the bottles 3/4 the way up. I complained but got no reply. When they came out with the Halloween scents I put in another order because I really wanted some. It's the ONLY reason I ordered more oils. When I got my package they had substitued ALL the Halloween ones with their normal every day scents. And of course the bottles were not filled up. If this would bother you... then Do Not Order from them! I'm going to bring my business elsewhere now. They would not even post my negative reviews on their website.

I have used Flaming Candle for some time now & never a problem until lately as to delays in fulfillment, false advertisement with shipping times, no phones answered, no refund available, etc...the same thing everyone else is experiencing. I have orders to fulfill & time is now running out. This is bad news for the company, as I know people will not use them again, including myself. They really need to get it together!

I would give Flaming Candle Co. zero stars if I could give zero stars. What was once a smaller company with excellent customer service and excellent products has turned into horrible customer service with lesser quality products. It should have been a good thing for the company to expand, and I understand growing pains. But since they were bought outhe company has gone to trash. They have had my. Money for fifteen days thus far and my order is still sitting awaiting fulfillment. You call them.They don't answer the phone and say email them. You email them and then they don't respond. I have asked them three times now to cancel my order. No response. They are literally holding me hostage by not returning my money nor shipping my product. I never thought I would see the day where I am considering reporting them to BBB. it is truly unfortunate the company that they have become. Sadly, I will not purchase from them again after several years of being customer.

I placed an order August 25, 2025. It has not shipped as of today September 21, 2025. I was not able to fulfil orders for my customers because of this. I have contacted cust. Serv several times. They will not refund my money that they charged on the 25th, however have not shipped the order. Their scents are good, but if you cant depend on a company to ship the order, what is the point. I will never use them again.

I am beyond frustrated with this company. I have used them for years and their fulfillment has always been slow. However, they have crossed the line for me. I ordered products TWO weeks ago - I RUN a business and need the supplies. I just looked at my account and it says "awaiting fulfilment" I looked at their main site and in tiny writing it says "we are experiencing a bit of delay in shipping" This is FALSE advertising. They should clearly state they are delayed by WEEKS in shipping and let their valued customers know with full transparency. I have orders that NEED TO GO OUT. BEWARE and find your supplies with many other companies out there that sell same supplies and ship MUCH faster!!

Placed orders a month ago and they have not shipped. Phones turned off and not answering emails. Will never order from them again.

I’ve used this company for the last 2-3 yrs. Shipping was fast & great. I had no problem with them at all. They claimed they’re moving to a new warehouse, if that’s the case then why not put the website on hold and not take orders & people money!! I placed an order September 6th. It’s still saying waiting for fulfillment, haven’t been touched of looked at but you took my money without hesitation. You call to speak with someone & it’s just a repeat recording, you can’t leave a message! I’ve sent emails with no response! Ppl are very upset with this company. Ppl are inquiring about there orders on TFC TikTok and Facebook page! We’re all being ignored! I will never ever in my life order from this company again! Now I have to spend extra money to buy more fragrances but I can’t keep my customers waiting. This company is ridiculous!!

Its been 15 days since I placed my order. I understand businesses run into snags but for me to call the office and the office lady named Marty to sound very nonchalant about my shipment being delayed and for her to state "they don't know when my order will ship and if it dosent ship by the date I was promised to just call back " feels like an unacceptable response. Im not sure if they have new staff but it's definitely not the customer service I'm use to for the past 4 years. Many of us who order from this company have our own orders to fulfill as business owner. A toss up on delivery dates effects those like myself who are in business.
