Great Products and Service. However on my order I initially received only part of it. I sent them and email and got a response a few days later. They made another order for the items I did not receive and are shipping it. unfortunately according to my account online I am ending up paying shipping twice . with that being said i would still recommend heading over to Flamingcandle.com as their products seem to be ery good quality.

Rough start to get a forget item. Once I did receive the replacement I am very happy with the fragrance profile!

I have always had a great experience with Flaming Candle. All shipments on time or early.

Do not trust this company. I ordered candles scent from them over 3+ weeks ago. Reached out many times to talk to them about my order, not shipping and trying to just cancel the order due to the fact that it was not going to arrive in time for what I needed it for. They never responded to any of my emails now my order has shipped and I'm not sure how I'm going to get it returned back to them, considering the fact that they don't respond to anything.

The Flaming Candle is a horrible company to order from. The fragrance oils arrived with no real packaging for protection. Just thrown in plastic bags in anyway possible. Arrived leaking, labels were so soaked they were missing from the bottles. Couldn't tell which one was which. Customer service is a joke, getting a run around regarding a claim link? Anyways, avoid at all costs!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

I received an incomplete order from early September. No one answers the phone and emails I have sent go unanswered. So I guess I need to reach out to my credit card company and they can go after them. There are so many better places than FC anyway! But I don't like being ripped off. Company is awful and I sense they are "going down in flames".

I received an incomplete order; I mean it was WAY short. I cannot reach out to them via their customer service number because they direct you to send an email. Once you send the email, they don't even respond within the time frame that they give themselves. The order that I'm referring to is well over a month old now. I have sent multiple emails but they I'm not responsive. I needed the sents that I ordered for craft shows that have now come and gone and still I have a huge inomplete order. This was the biggest order that I have ever placed with this company at one time, and it will be my last. I wish to take my business elsewhere, and give it to a company who actually cares about their customers experiences. The only thing left that I can do is to seek legal action because they are leaving me no choice.
