Im a first time purchaser and I was a little disappointed that one of the bottles leaked. While I was wiping down the other bottles, I found out which one and the cap was a little loose. I tighted it a bit and the top cracked right off. I reached out via the company websight, and as of a week later, absolutely nothing. Lots of adverts thou.

I've been a customer for several years, however I am no longer a customer. Their shipping has gone downhill fast. I've been waiting for an order that used to be fulfilled, and shipped within 3-4 days. It's been over a week and my order has not been touched. Still waiting to be fulfilled by FC. When you call, you get no satisfaction, just a staff member with no concerns for your problem. I will never use this company again. If your looking for a candle company, go else where. If you do business with them its just a matter of time before you will experience the horrible customer service. Warning stay away from this company.

Be very careful when placing an online order. I accidently click on 494 instead of 464 like I normally order. I haven't even picked up yet and their policy is very firm on any changes to orders. So, I guess I'm going to be stuck with 10 # of wax. I do not think this is a good policy. People are human and make mistakes. I understand if I had gotten it home and then changed my mind. I will be looking for another company to use.

I ordered your fragrance oil months ago can't order again you might have changed the components of the oil doesn't last as long when fragrance is gone which is not long oil smell to expensive to use for smell of oil
