It’s been a great experience and I look to having the flaming candle continue to service us.

Easy to order, fast shipping. I’ve order from them at least a dozen times. A couple of times the lid want on and it spill in the bag it ship in a the other bottles that where in there. It’s happened twice.

Quality FO that are delivered in a timely manner.

Although the products were what I expected I was disappointed that both bags of my 100 ct plastic tealight cups had only 95 each. Missing a total of 10 made a difference when I was making tealights and planning on 200 total. If one bag was a little off I would have considered it an error. Both being off just seems like you’re trying to rip people off.

The fragrance oils are great scents and there is a huge variety to choose from. Pricing is a bit high though, especially when you pay shipping on top of it. If there was a flat rate shipping it would be more beneficial. I do appreciate the ability to pay with affirm though. As a small business trying to get established every penny counts.

I love your scents! I think there was a lot of traffic on your website when I was ordering because I had to reload the page a few times to get my cart to update. Otherwise, good experience.

I was honestly a little hesitant to place an order after everything surrounding the buyout, but I had a positive experience overall. My package took a little longer than expected to arrive due to shipping time outside of their control. That said, everything arrived fully intact with no leaks or damage, and the fragrance oils smell great. I’m very happy with the products I received.

Love your scents and website, and I received my order promptly. However, one of the bottles leaked, and some of the labels are wiping off. I managed to rescue them, but it might be an idea to wrap the bottles separately either in a baggy or some paper wrapping so the leaker doesn't disturb the other bottles in the order.
