Lost another customer due to customer service
I have been a customer for years. I placed an order in the middle.of September. It took weeks to arrive but I was understanding as they are moving warehouses. I even congratulated them and explained my business just moved to a larger warehouse and how exciting it is to see them grow. Mind you, this order was almost $3k and when it arrived damaged, they wanted me to weigh the bottles so they can replace only what had leaked. After reading other reviews, it looks like this is becoming a common issue for TFC. This is unheard of to me. Im actually trying to imagine how it would go if my customers complained about leaks and I only offered to replace what had spilled. Well, I wouldnt be in business much longer after that lol So, after weeks of trying to resolve this privately with them (you would think we have been going back and forth a bunch in that time but, no, they only have responded 2 times) I have no choice but to eat my loss and share my experience. I did ask for a refund but doubt they will go that far if they wont replace the product. Now im out a LOT of money and I have to find a new supplier because they refuse to work with their customers, wont communicate in a timely fashion, and it is like talking to a corporate handbook, not an actual customer service rep, but I also dont trust their manufacturing process. Would you trust a company who says to use products that leaked in transit? I expect my products to be shelf stable and free of contamination, but TFC apparently isnt concerned about that. I regret using TFC as a supplier, and I suspect these issues are either from them selling the company and having new owners or that they are going under. Well, if they aren't already going under, they are speed running in that direction.
