I just got my first order after exclusively using Candle Science, because FCC was cheaper. Three out of six bottles were significantly under-filled. No response to request for a partial refund, Candle Science would NEVER. Lesson learned, you get what you pay for, back to Candle Science! I’ve had leaky bottles from CS, gotten an immediate response and replacement. It’s not worth the savings if 1/3 of the product is missing!

i’d ordered some luggage belts, never received.i’ve tried to send emails couple times, never gone through. their website has no place to leave reviews either. i doubt they’re refit. my money’s gone and i’ll never order from them again. gotta be careful with online ordering.

I have been ordering from FC since 2021. In the last year the quality has been hit or miss, and the issues that I have had have not been addressed or they drag their feet for so long a resolution cannot be found. Not only that but I have been buying the same fragrances and I have watched the price increase in some cases up to 36% for a 7lb jug. The customer service has gotten worse, and the quality has gone with it as well. I finally got a defective 7lb reed diffuser jug and they have been dragging their feet to find a resolution. I'm done with FC and their inflated prices.

Lousy company with worst customer service. I ordered a sample pack of oils. The box arrived soaked in oil from two bottles which had not been properly sealed. Most of remaining bottle labels came off due to leaking oil. There is no way to determine which oil is which. I emailed detailed photographs of the box and oil damage. After back and forth emails, customer service wanted each bottle put on a scale and photographed so they could determine exactly how much oil leaked from a sample bottle. I requested a return and refund. They stated the company does not process returns or refunds.

Disgraceful. I ordered 7lbs and paid shipping on an oil called North Pole. It arrived labeled as North Pole (peppermint vanilla) but is bottled with a sickly sweet bourbon fruit smell. Not to mention it took MONTHS for them to get back to me, now they’re telling me they don’t accept returns. You don’t accept returns when you completely miss the mark? This is only one of the issues. My previous orders have had missing product, and arrived months after ordering. I’ve already identified dupe oils from other suppliers and will be ordering from those here on out. You did it to yourselves indie made brands, you could have taken the high road and admitted fault and taken care of your customers.

Shipping took forever almost a month to receive. Customer service is non existent. I emailed 4 time and never got a response. Finally got a tracking number and then the took a week to get it out in the mail. Never again!

I placed an order for 43 pounds of soap base on November 11. The next day, I got an email indicating that delivery would be November 24. That date came and went, and I inquired. They sent me a tracking number, which turned out to be fake. I tried it over and over again for over a week, and each time, FedEx indicated it was not a real tracking number. I kept emailing TFC, asking what was going on. They kept ignoring me. Finally someone emailed and said they were out of the 43 pound block, but would send a 40 pound order and a 3 pound order. OK fine. A couple days later, I got an email indicating it had been sent. Checked the weight of the package…. 3.5 pounds. So, only the 3 pounds, not the 43. Their excuse now was that they were out of the 40 pounds and had some more on order, and would send it as soon as they got it. Then no more communication. Over five weeks of lies. Thank goodness I had paid with American Express. NEVER again. Completely untrustworthy, in my experience.

Do not trust this company. I ordered candles scent from them over 3+ weeks ago. Reached out many times to talk to them about my order, not shipping and trying to just cancel the order due to the fact that it was not going to arrive in time for what I needed it for. They never responded to any of my emails now my order has shipped and I'm not sure how I'm going to get it returned back to them, considering the fact that they don't respond to anything.
