The only food my dog will eat!

Absolutely fantastic customer service from Sarah Boggan at Farmer's Dog! I had several questions re: meals and ordering with my existing account, and she was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, as well as friendly and professional. Farmer's Dog makes a high quality product, along with the ability to adjust your pet's meals, amounts, and ordering schedule. My employer's dog has been on a custom food program with another company for many years, mostly due to his pancreatitis, and they were paying 3x the cost of what Farmer's Dog offers. He loves the food, never leaves a morsel behind, and biggest bonus - he hasn't had a single pancreatic flare up in the 2.5 months since we switched. Sarah - thanks for your outstanding customer service on the phone today. I happily submit this review with you in mind.

I love The Farmers Dog food and even better, my dog, Faith, loves it too. She can't wait for dinner every day. She is a picky eater, and before we found this dog food, many days she wouldn't eat. Thank you so much for your fabulous receipts!!!

First I want to say the food is great. LI berry loves it when we can receive it still mostly frozen and able to keep it in freezer. Our issue was the shipping part. We received I think it was 4 boxes with no dry ice or ice gel packs. The food was hot to touch. They were good about sending out a new box but if I cannot count on the box being prepared correctly for food safety how can I count on them for the safety of Liberty. When I cancelled I stated they have an issue in the packing area. It has to be expensive to keep replacing orders. Summer is here and I cannot trust it will arrive cold especially since it didn’t a few times. If they can figure out a better ship method I would definitely try again.

Great delivery service and my dog loves the food. His coat is so soft now. He is like the Velveteen Rabbit! I am sure his insides are just as healthy. Great product.
