Super happy with The Farmers Dog! The food is fresh, the communication and customer service is exceptional and my JRT is one happy little guy! Don’t change a thing!

My dog loves the food and happily dances to her bowl every time. I could have given you 5 stars if you could reply to messages. I have requested a change in the number of packets sent each month with no response to messages sent twice.

We're so sorry to hear you're having trouble reaching us, Maryann! We're always here to help you at [email protected]. A specialist from our Customer Experience department has just reached out to the email address associated with your account to assist you further. Give your dog some extra belly rubs from us, we'd love to see that dinner dance one day 😍

Great company, great products, healthy fresh nutritious, everything. Transitioning our three extremely picky shih-tzus has been a major hurdle, but we're getting there. Their favourite thus far is the Farmer's Dog Turkey.

We love knowing your dogs have a favorite! We know how difficult it can be to find a food your picky eater loves, and we're happy knowing our food is a hit. Thank you, Caroline.

The Farmers Dog handled a very confusing issue for me in an extraordinary way. I had to take my dog off his FD food for a while so I could nurse him back to health with boiled chicken, pumpkin and rice. Then I switched him from beef to chicken (momentarily) and then finally onto turkey. In addition, there was confusion about delivery dates. Without going into more detail, I just want to appreciate the Farmers Dog out loud for their flexibility, their reassurance and most of all their enormous generosity in working my problems out. I couldn't have asked for more consideration of my needs. They outdid themselves, but I wasn't really surprised. I'd already had that amazing opinion of them.

We have a Toy Poodle that was on Blue Buffalo kibble and always had loose stools and stomach noises. We changed him in June of 2021 to Farmers Dog and he has never been happier or healthier. It’s been a year of his eating his food instead of sniffing his kibble and turning his back on it. Thanks Farmers Dog for honestly caring. Gus thanks you a well🐾

We do it for dogs like Gus! This means so much to know he is thriving with fresh food. Fresh really is best! Thank you so much for this amazing update, Donna.

I am extremely pleased with Farmers Dog! Our Morkie struggled with digestive issues for 3 years. We switched to Farmers Dog and no more troubles. She used to be a picky eater and now runs to her bowl! She loves it and we love that she doesn’t get sick anymore!

We're happy knowing your Morkie is feeling good and loving fresh food! Thank you so much for your support, Kimberly ❤️

Food always arrives on time & last very long in the freezer. We never run out of food & the dogs love it. Our chihuahuas are very picky so we were surprised when they adapted so quickly to the fresh food.
Response from The Farmer's DogJun 21, 2022
We're happy knowing that feeding fresh has been a good and easy experience for both you and your Chihuahuas! Thank you for your support, Heather.
