Our team values clear communication so we send an email a few days into your trial with the cutoff date to make any changes to your account as we never want our deliveries to arrive without your knowledge. That said, if you didn’t receive this email, please reach out to our Customer Experience department at [email protected] so we can take a closer look at what happened here. We also totally understand that all dogs are different and it's not uncommon for some to be hesitant when it comes to a new diet. That being said, we'd recommend adding in a touch of hot water to the recipes and fluffing the food up with a fork. This change in texture and temperature works wonders for most pups so let us know if this helps. If this doesn’t do the trick, feel free to reach out to our Customer Experience department and a team member would be happy to further assist you. We’re always here to help!

We feed and celebrate dogs of all breeds at The Farmer's Dog. Despite ample research, there’s nothing to suggest that Pit Bulls are more innately aggressive than other breeds. We'd love to clarify! Rest assured, we never include fillers in any of our fresh recipes. All of our recipes are formulated by board-certified veterinary nutritionists to ensure that each recipe is complete and balanced for dogs, exceeding AAFCO standards. Every ingredient is chosen by our ACVNs for their specific nutritional benefit to dogs. None of our current recipes include corn as an ingredient. You may be noticing our chickpeas, which are a great source of Protein, Potassium, Magnesium, Vitamins A and C, and more.
