Love this brand!! Everything arrives fresh and on time, Very well packaged. Excellent customer service, the quality of the food is amazing, I see my dog healthy, happy and enjoying his meals.

Farmer's Dog has been amazing! Their communication is second to none. They let you know when you change your order, when it's shipped and if there's an error...they actually tell you. Sadie has alway been very selective about her food until she tried Farmer's Dog. She loves it and we couldn't be happier!!

My pup loves the food. No stinky farts or smelly runny poop.He has lots of energy. I do find sometimes the food seems to have a lot of liquid vs being meat and veggies. Not always and havent put my finger on when and why. Price, whoa! Granted everything has gone up but this is a 10 lb dog and I'm retired. I'm embarrassed to say what I pay per day. I thought it was expensive the first time I bought it but every time I reorder, it goes up. So, Farmer's Dog may have priced themselves out for me.

We'd love to clarify the pricing changes you've experienced with your subscription and we're sorry this wasn't clear in our communications with you. Between your trial box and your regular 56 day orders, we send an "in-between box." This is to make sure your dog has plenty of time to adjust to our fresh food and we can make adjustments to his plan prior to sending that larger regular order. This transition box was discounted to match the bulk price of your recurring orders. Starting with your first full box, your recurring orders would arrive every 56 days without any surprise changes in your subscription cost. If you were to continue with us, the only reason you would find changes in your cost moving forward is if you made changes to your future orders. We hope this helps, but let us know if you have any other questions! We're always here for you and your dog if you'd like to give us another try. Thank you so much for your feedback.

The Farmers' Dog is truly interested in the customers concerns and or problems the dogs might be having. Both of my 1 year old dogs got sick at the same time when on The Farmer's Dog meal plan. We stopped the the food and had to go to a prescription food from our Vet. The Farmer's Dog ask lots of questions trying to pin point why this was happening. The Farmer's Dog provided several tips to try and help us solve this mystery. After 2 months on the prescription food we felt comfortable starting back with The Farmer's Dog, our Vet never could provide any insight as to what made my dogs sick. My dogs really love The Farmer's Dog meal plan, I really love the ease of delivery and feeding. We are back in the normal rotation with The Farmer's Dog and it is great!

My Bernedoodle puppy did not do well on any of the kibbles I tried, with constant diarrhea and frequent vomiting. The first day on Farmers Dog, symptoms disappeared and she is healthy, strong, and energetic. And, she LOVES the food, practically licking the silver off of her stainless steel bowl. As a plus, my naturopathic vet clinic doctors say Farmers Dog is their favorite dog food.

By deduction this is the best food we have purchased. My 3 year old Maltese is picky picky. Tried everything including Fresh Pet. She ate it for a while but only certain types. She would tire of the rolled packages that you had to cut up. She would eat the bags that were chicken but not finish it. I begin to buy chicken breast and boil and dice up. A lot of trouble. I saw the Farmer Dog advertised and tried it. She does good with it. I also like the ease of adjusting the amounts if our bags are running long. I just send the company my count and they adjust the shipping date. I recommended to a friend who also had a picky Schnauzer and he immediately changed his food to Farmer Dog. I recommend from experience of owning dogs for 60 years and this one was really difficult. The Farmer Dog fixed it. Her stool became firm and that had been a problem since she is potty pad trained and doesn't go outside. This fixed that too.
