Went to the CPAP shop as recommended by my sleep specialist for the first time and I was highly impressed with the customer service and I was also very satisfied with the explanations of the different product options. Robert was especially friendly and helpful. I would recommend this store for answering all of your questions regarding your CPAP needs.

Jeff was so patient and took the time…first time buying a travel CPAP
Jeff was so patient and took the time to go explain my options and the differences in the machines. All questions were answered and I never felt rushed to make a decision. He made the buying experience a very pleasant one

The Freedom 160 battery works great
The Freedom 160 battery works great, with humidity and heated tube off and a 5.0 pressure setting on my Airsense 11, I was able to get 24 hours 21 minutes (three nights). Also, great customer service, the service representative Jeffrey was kind and patient.

Anna Weaver was awesome
Anna Weaver was awesome. When I bought the Resmed air mini it was really confusing trying to buy the right tubing and mask. I unfortunately did buy the wrong ones and opened them, but they were never used however she found a way to make the purchase of the correct one affordable as once I opened the original order they were not returnable. She took a bad situation and made it great I will be a customer. Thank you.
