Anna Weaver was the absolute best! She looked up my info and guided me through all of the questions I had in purchasing a new CPAP. We got cut off on the phone and she didn't give up. She called me right back. The best was that she was very detailed in her explaination of what she felt would suite me best for my lifestyle. I probably would not have bought a new machine yet but after speaking with her, I felt comfortable in what she explained and helped me find hoses and connections saving me some money on stuff I did n't need to buy. This is my 2nd CPAP I have purchased from The CPAP Shop along with endless supplies for my old one. My Customer Service received was 2nd to none!!!

well to start with ive been a customer a long time so i bought a freedom 160 cpap battery for power outages when it happens so at 350.00 when i got it i charged it up fully for 2 days then put it back in the box so ive had it for a year and a month and yes the warranty is 1 year, i went to use it and it was completley dead so i charged it up for 2 days and decided to use it and see how it works as to the owners manual i disabled the humidifier like they said to and it didnt even last 4 hours and my pressures are very low like 4 lbs so i call cpap shop and they referred me to cpaphero the company they bought it from and i thought that was not good because i bought it from cpap shop dot com but never the less both of these companys said they would not help me so for 350.00 i could have bought one from harbor freight for less and had better customer service so i woul highley reccommend not doing busness with either of the companys because i have a 350.00 boat anchor that was never used for what it was intended for! I worked with Jake on a mask for my mini CPAP travel machine. He was so helpful and patient with me. I made a mistake on my order, and I got back on the chat and Jake was able to correct it for me without an issue. More people should have Customer Service representatives like Jake. He was amazing.

I decided to replace my 15year old ResMed 10 machine by buying it from The CPAP Shop and going through their medical subscription service as it seemed more expedient than going through a sleep clinic and having another sleep study. I learned the hard way this was a mistake and was certainly not more expedient. It took longer than I expected to get the prescription and then the machine and when I finally got it, the machine smelled strongly with a noxious chemical floral odor. My original machine had no odor but I thought maybe this just happened in shipping and would wear off. It did not wear off making it impossible to use . It made me wonder why there was such a distinct odor- was this machine previously used , a knock-off, or is ResMed not doing quality control at their factories?Anyway, I told them the problem and they accepted the return. I sent the machine back 8/03/2026 (I originally ordered it on 5/26/2026). I expected an immediate replacement or refund-however they told me they had returned it to ResMed to be “fixed” and I would need to wait 4-6 weeks(!) until ResMed got back to them. (FWIW how do you “fix” an odor? Also, they don’t have any new machines in stock to replace my machine?) Cue 6 weeks later and I have talked to and emailed them . They are very polite but give me no answers other than THEY can’t replace the machine and I need to be patient until they hear back from ResMed before they decide how to proceed.🙄 They are supposed to get back to me today to tell me their decision . Needless to say, I am not a happy customer. Update 9/25 They got back to me and sent me a new machine. 10/09 The new machine has the same smell which makes me dizzy and ill. Medical Grade equipment should not have this issue.

I had to call in as I had an issue with the website refusing to place my machine in the cart. Anna was a blessing. She walked through machines and components to ensure I had a through understanding of what was needed and what was nice to have. She’s a real pro!

I called needing help for pairing my CPAP machine with my phone. The first person answered relatively quickly, and put in a support ticket. When I didn’t hear back by late afternoon, I called again. I was on hold for about an hour and 20 minutes. I wasn’t pleased by my wait, but I need my machine to sleep. Anna answered my call. Her positive and cheerful demeanor made me forget about my long wait. She checked on the support ticket and saw they hadn’t got to me yet. She then went above and beyond by sending me an email with helpful instructions that solved my pairing problem. Anna is a gem!💎
