Very strange ecommerce experience. Ordered a simple cushion for an outdoor chair. First, the order went nowhere for 5 days, then when I called, they said there had been a mistake and the order had not gone to the warehouse. After that, they unilaterally changed the delivery address (to a city that does not exist in FL) and after me telling them the error (within an hour of it happening) they said there was nothing they could do and they would have UPS change the address. Who actually thinks that will work? Well, they assured me it did work (like this happens a lot!) - in the end it did work, UPS changed the address successfully and the package reached its destination. It took too long (10 days) and took a lot of my energy to make sure the problem was resolved, but the customer service team did what they needed to. Strange experience overall.

Hi. Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We are truly sorry for the unusually complicated and frustrating experience you encountered while ordering a simple outdoor cushion. A delay in processing, an error in the warehouse submission, and an incorrect delivery address—especially one associated with a city that doesn’t exist—are issues that should never have occurred, and we sincerely apologize for the stress and inconvenience they caused. We completely understand how concerning it must have been to rely on address corrections through the carrier, and we regret that you were left feeling uncertain and responsible for monitoring a situation that should have been handled seamlessly on our end. Although we are grateful that UPS was ultimately able to correct the address and successfully deliver your package, it should not have required this level of effort or follow-up from you. Your patience throughout this process is truly appreciated, and your feedback will be shared internally so we can continue improving both our communication and our overall customer experience. If you need any additional assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us at 1-800-323-8000, or you may email us at [email protected]. Please note, we recommend contacting us via phone for immediate assistance. Your satisfaction is important to us.

Repeat customer over the years. You are a little pricey, love the women/s nightshirts and pajamas. The last order nightshirts all ripped at the bottom two buttons, had to repair--hope these hold up better for the money. Love our 2018-19(?) linen sheets, glad they have lasted because you don't carry them anymore. Pottery Barn towels are better than yours and Lands End regarding wear and tear.

Hi. Thank you for being a loyal customer over the years and for taking the time to share such thoughtful and detailed feedback. We sincerely apologize for the issues you experienced with the nightshirts in your last order, especially given your long history with our women’s nightshirts and pajamas. That is certainly not the level of quality we aim to deliver, and we’re grateful you let us know. We’re hopeful that your most recent items will hold up better, and we appreciate the chance to learn from your experience. We’re also glad to hear that your linen sheets from 2018–19 have held up so well, even though we no longer carry that style. Your comments regarding towel durability have been noted as well, as feedback like yours is invaluable in helping us evaluate where improvements can be made. Thank you again for sharing your perspective and for continuing to shop with us.
