Best canvas storage bags ever!! Very well made. Easy to work with. Good looking too. If folks don’t have these, buy ‘em anyway. You’ll surely need them down the road!

Excellent quality and service
Helpful customer services representatives were able to answer all of my questions about down comforters and even make recommendations based on my requirements. The comforter is top quality and keeps us warm but not too warm. The baffled box stitching keeps the down from shifting and has done so since we placed it on the bed three weeks ago.

The Company Store is very easy to work with. Both email and phone numbers are answered timely. Their products are lovely. I ordered a comforter and pillow shams on a first order and it was shipped so promptly that I wanted to add another item and it was too late however, TCS offered to send the last item and offered to ship it for free, a gesture that was very much appreciated. I will post a photo when I set up the new bedding which I have not yet done.

Insufficient materials used in products?
I replied in another response, and have yet to get back to sitejabber. The fitted bottom supima percale sheets for both king and queen sets were sloppy and too big. I don't think a great response from the Company Store is to tell me where to buy some elastic workaround. Wouldn't this be something that should have been offered gratis,, given the arguably defective sizing.
Also, as a long time customer, I am getting the vibe that the Company Store is not using sufficient materials in the products, i.e. skimping for purposes of margin. The Supima Cotton was noticeably thinner, the duvet made of two sheets slipped right off the bed it had so little weight, the "light" down comforter was way too minimal and I think is kind of going to be a waste of money, and the new mattress cover was flimsy and absolutely see through. I am going to have to get another one. I may have to change my source of new linens, after thousands of dollars spent in last year, and much more over 20 years. In the case of the duvet of supima percale, and the overlight down comforter made I gather for 70-75 degree conditions, I would have paid for a product in both cases of adequate heft and functionality, if I knew that the offered product seemed so skimpy. Going through the linen closet I just found an old Company store Supima Cotton percale pillowcase, in the solid dot pattern, and it seemed noticeably heavier/thicker to me.

It Fits and is Beautiful!
We had a terrible time finding a 100% cotton coverlet or even bedspread to fit our king size tall bed. We are so happy to have found an appropriately sized gorgeous bedspread on line at The Company Store. We bought shams as well. The matelasse pattern is beautiful!
