Total rip off.... I ordered a Cheesecake Factory Cheesecake that my local grocery store usually carries but was out of at the time I ordered. Same size and type. The grocery store usually charges for $16.00 but the actual Cheesecake Factory ships through Harry and Davids charged me $69.99 plus $15.00 for shipping. I called the Cheesecake Factory Directly before to check and they started it was a different recipe then the grocery store and actual would be a larger size. No not correct at all. It was actual the exact same that I got from the grocery store before but roughly $69.00 bucks cheaper. Don’t fall for the scam! Rip OFF!!!

Had chicken picatta the angel hair was all Stuck together and hard on the ends big disappoint on this dish!!!!! Normally food is good, not today.

We have had mixed results with Cheesecake Factory. They do amazing cakes, pies, and desserts; however, their main fare is mediocre at best. I will say the portions are huge and we always have leftovers! But the food itself....not very good. I really expect for the prices that the food would be higher quality and prepared a little more carefully. The service is usually pretty good and the restaurant is always sparkling clean.

My husband and I had dinner at the Cheesecake factory at the Ross Park Mall last night, and as for a Saturday night, we expected it to be busy. We were told we had a 60 to 80 min. wait, it ended up being two hours. Our pager quit working, and when my husband told them about it, they said they had tried paging us, then told my husband it would be a few more minutes, instead of taking us. Then when we did get paiged, we were moved to another area, and told they would call our name shortly. After being seated, no one came to wait on us right away, and so we sat. Finally our waitress came and took our drink order, and it took forever to get our drinks. When they came, they were in smaller glasses than the guests at the table beside ours. Our table was dirty, and we had no napkins. We asked for napkins, but she didn't come back with any, so we ended up taking them from another table. And the table that was sat after us had received there bread basket long before we did. And my husband's steak was burnt. We won't be going back. We will go to the one down in Pittsburgh next time, it is much better.

This is my second year choosing The Cheesecake Factory for my birthday dinner. A BIG BIG mistake twice. The food portions are extremely small and the prices are extremely High. The lighten is horrible. I understand trying to set a certain mood but the customers should still be able to read their menu. Every time I’ve eaten there I always have to eat again once I leave there. My meal was $46 and I was still hungry. GAVE THEM TWO TRIES BUT IT WONT BE A THIRD!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!

Today, 01/05/2020 my husband and I ate at the Mission Viejo location(Mall) and our server was Jason Lively, I had a specific request how my coffee should be done and he brought to me perfect and while our foods taking too long which is not his fault he was continuously stopping by to checked if we need anything else. We are very happy with our foods and service☺

I went to take my other half to the restaurant for her 1st time and waited for about, little over, an, hour and 20 minutes. When they had told us it was going to be about a 25 to 30 minute wait. Thankfully we got our table. But as we sat down towards our table, they were packing us in like sardines just so they can make a quick buck. Instead of taking care of their customers. It was so loud and obnoxious in there, that we couldn't even initiate or hold a conversation. I heard the tables (that were next to us) conversation's while sitting there trying not to elbow my neighbor's. And I been in the one and Kansas City, Missouri and it was great. I was very upset, I walked out after getting our table. Prior to leaving to the restaurant we had order our drinks and only 2 out of the 4 arrived. That was the last bit of patience we had left.

Why do you allow for delivery services if you don’t have any interest in outside customers or good enough management to staff adequately for a Saturday night? I order 55 minutes ago. Door Dash arrives now and is told it will be another 45 minutes by your staff. Are you getting your managers from halfway houses. You having delivery services is nothing more than a cash grab. Amateur hour!
