My family received our buzzer at 5 minutes to 6. We were told the wait was one hour and 15 minuets. I figured they always over estimate and it would be about an hour. After an hour and 20 minutes I check and was told a bunch of tables had cached out and it would be soon. I checked 2 more times and was given the same textbook answer. When I pushed for an actual time the girl would not give me one. She also claimed she told me it was between one hour and 15 and one hour and 45 minutes. I do not believe that is true. I understand she was busy and people we already complaining to her about the wait and she could have missed saying it. I explained I would have never stayed if she said one hour and 45 minutes. We have a special needs daughter and we were already pushing her bed time. We are super in-tune to timing with her because she does not do well after her bed time. The only reason we stayed is our daughter wanted to stay and to prevent her having an anger episode we stuck it out. The whole time customers were leaving complaining about the wait. The meal was good but nothing special. I feel I can get just as good food at other places for less money. My sons salad was $20 which is a rid off. I asked to speak to the manager and explained our situation with our daughter and she was unsympathetic and said we were seated in our range. But we weren't. It was 8:05 when we were seated. My wife commented we wouldn't be leaving until 9, I looked at my phone when she said this and it was 8:05. I'm not a math professor but this is two hours and 10 minutes, which is 25 minutes over the high end of our range according to them and an hour and 10 minutes over what I believe I was told. We wont go back and I'm disappointing the manager did nothing to compensate us and even said we were seated on time which wasn't true. I'm not surprised their rating is 3.5 starts. Wish I would have checked before going, would have picked someplace else. Its a shame because we've been to the one in Chicago a few times and were excite to here GR was getting one. Guess we will just stick with Logan's or Carrabba's from now on.

Cheesecake Factory Marino del Rey. Although I am a great fan of the restaurant we were left waiting 1 hour and 10 minutes for a table before leaving and going to another restaurant. The hostess was so incompetent she could not figure out how to seat a party of 5! She kept telling us after an initial acceptable 20 minute wait - another 10 minutes. Someone needs to train her on how to do her job!

Made my first visit to this restaurant chain today on Michigan Avenue in Chicago. To start with, it was so dark I had to actually use the flashlight on my phone to read the menu. And the food? Overpriced! Ordered 2 appetizers: stuffed mushrooms & egg roll sampler. There were 6 mushrooms in the order. These were 6 of the tiniest shrooms I have ever seen. No bigger than a nickel. And they were drowning in some sort of chunky brown sauce. 9 hours later, I am still burping nastiness from this sauce. And the egg rolls weren't full sized. They were tiny. About 1/4 the size of a normal egg roll. You receive 8 in total with the sampler plate, 2 each of 4 different "flavors" of egg rolls. Not good. Not good at all. And 2 out of the 4 sauces served with this were totally inedible. And I'm not a picky eater. These 2 appetizers and 1 coke cost me $30. 1st and last time I will visit this establishment. On the plus side, the waitress was pleasant.

Beyond Horrible! a 30 minute wait for pre-made piece of cake. You should find something else to do with your time!

We visited from the uk, asked for a red wine, got I.d which is fare enough. But the refused because it was our driving licence not passport.

Placed an order through there offered 3rd part delivery service, that they choose to use as representation of their company. Waited 2 hours to have my order canceled. Called to ask what they would do about it and waited on hold 3 times a total of an hour They choose to use them as a provider and they failed to provide my order, then told me there was nothing they could do, it wasnt there issue. Said if I reordered he would ensure he would get my order to the driver, i mentioned that there unfortunately is still no gaurentee that it would make it here based off my last two experiences.. kens response, well im not gonna follow him on foot to your address.. great customer service! And will.. the other manager that left me on hold for 45 minutes. Had to call back 3 times to reach a manager.. an hour later., great job. this has been one of the worst customer service expierences ive ever had with a resturant.. customer care is nonexistent

It was my first time eating there and last. The service was horrible and food even worst. I had the steak prove quality of meat and very expensive. Save your money and time.
