My Husband and I went to the Greensboro Friendly 10-17-26 , when we walked in there was a lot of young people standing at the front desk, no hello, welcome, so I greeted them, we were taken to our table , we both ordered omelettes, the potatoes were so hard we couldn’t eat them, I haven’t been there in many years, I we will not be back. The only reason I gave two stars the waitress we was decent!

It was my grandson’s 14th bday and he loves Cheesecake Factory. This was the worst experience ever. We collectively spent about 300-400 dollars on inedible food. That was severely overpriced. I had calamari and cheeseburger spring roll they were both cooked to Death I had to return. I couldn’t chew they were so dried out. I had bitten the spring roll but couldn’t swallow it was so bad. Most of the food was ice cold and unappetizing. The Boca location is much better than Coconut Creek by far. I will never ever return to this location.

Scenery is beautiful and welcoming. I planned a birthday brunch h for my brother and the woman Agua was helping and amazing. She was patient, explainitory and very very nice. She helped me through my entire visit dining there. From the before reservations, accommodations in between the unreserved number off added people, the food coming out on time and the decor set up. Even offered some inside accommodations I definitely cannot speak of. But I really appreciate her for all of it. Let's not forget the gentleman at the front who was very attentive when approached to not only my party but the business itself, Rafael. Our waitress was very nice, although I do think she was inexperienced with dealing with big parties. I feel she may need more exposure, but she was courteous and responsive when needed. I can say my brother really enjoyed himself and we had an amazing tume. Would definitely go again.

There was two bartenders, a young girl with glasses, curly hair and another one with a bun, a little shaving on her head. Very rude had an attitude as soon as we walked in I asked for a rocket fuel and she really told me they don’t make that drink. Understandable then I asked for another drink and they had to look it up on their phone which again it’s OK but the whole night they had an attitude never brought water to us. Which is something that bartender should do as soon as you walk in they should offer you water. They just need a little bit more training in regards to being a little bit people friendly the drinks were good. The service was horrible and this was at the South Shore Mall in Bay Shore.

Food came burnt, prepared wrong, 1 plate was completely wrong. Waitress never came back to table, had to pull another server to fix the issues. Waited over an hour for meal to arrive at table, then was all wrong.

Customer service at the Annapolis location is non existent. Unprofessional. I stood at the pick up counter for 7minites with 3 staff members behind the counter. At minute 7, the brown woman simply said can I help you. Immediately after she handed me my order, a new guest walked in and approached the stand to be seated. The new guest was attended to in less than 1min.

Greensboro nc I was picking up to go order I do know it never comes out when they say it will but what I seen from one of the employees while I was there makes this my last time. Several people were waiting and the bartender come out to help a lady there just wanted to ask a question and this bartender flipped out. She told her she needed to go sit down and just wait on her food. She totally bullied her. This place needs to watch their employees better because without customers no one there has a job.

The food never comes out hot.
