My daughter bought me and my mother dinner for Mother's Day via curb side pickup. She waited 20 minutes past the time when the order should have been ready. Food had obviously been sitting in a bag for a long time. Mom ordered Steak Diane and I ordered a Cobb Salad. Steak Diane was cold while my salad was warm. Salad did not have blue cheese as the menu indicated and there was so little chicken on it, could hardly find it. Have always been happy with food from here, but after this experience, I don't know if I will return. Terrible Mother's Day meal. My daughter was very unhappy and called the restaurant. worst experience I've ever had picking up at a restaurant...rude inexperienced employees, had no clue what they were doing, did NOT wear masks and made no attempt to social distance...and after waiting 2 hours never got my food, finally gave up and left but still got charged for the food!

The one in jersey city in new port mall very bad service missing food waited for 2 hours to get garbage I was told they were giving us new food took old food back to the back came back with the same food they said they were changing we were short so many items manager was very unprofessional we paid 95$ dollars for cold garbage that was rewarmed up will not give them not one star at all

Worst service on earth. Rude. Ordered to go for office After one hour I was told very rudely that there was no such order. Even though I had a confirmation number, No apology, No can I help make this better. Just a stare like I was wrong. No cars in the parking lot. Hope you fail miserably. I would not give this place one star.

Picked up dinner for the family. Couldn't order online through the app for pickup so I couldn't get the free slice of cheesecake which was a bummer. When I called to place our order, the person who answered the phone was not friendly or helpful..at all! When we got home, the chicken in our oriental chicken salads were burnt and very dry which is not how it usually in our dinner. I have to say this was overall a disappointing takeout. Just because we are not eating in the restaurant it should have the same standard.

Alicia from Cheesecake Factory at the Americana was very rude and sarcastic. I asked her about something and she kept asking me and let me repeat the question a few times, she got irritated after that.After reviewing my order she just hanged up the phone on me , I was not even done talking to her ( still have questions)Will never order or eat at that location ever again. I will never recommend this place, location to anyone. I hope the manager (Ashley) that I spoke to will really talk to her and teach her how to treat customers with respect. On the other hand, Five stars to Cheesecake Factory in Pasadena, I think it was Hanna, after the order she ask me if I needed anything else and was very polite. I highly recommend CF in Pasadena, their customer service is awesome.

I ordered takeout from Cheesecake Factory tonight. It was delivered through Door Dash. I live less than a mile away from the restaurant. The soft tacos were cold, not just cool, cold. The rice was cold and hard in clumps and had to be tossed. There is no way the food came direct to my home from the restaurant. It must have been out of the oven well over an hour. I will not order food from Cheesecake Factory or use Door Dash again.

Even during this pandemic era, their site was able to take my order without crashing, and send to the restaurant without any issues. The site is easy to navigate, but if you arrive from an email, pressing back would take you back to the email instead of the home page of the restaurant site. Food was ready on their given time. I was pleased with my ordering and would return. Thank you
