If you have food allergies be very careful. Rather than trying to accommodate patron they ask you not to come back! They claim to cook food fresh from scratch, but most meals must be semi prepared. If you are going to be daring, ask for a manager to prevent an allergic reaction. Kitchen staff tend to not read orders carefully!

We were recently at cheesecake factory at seaport village san Diego, we spent $120 dollars for a family of 4 adults and 1 kid we got the farfalle pasta(2)shrimp scampi,chicken Alfredo and a Philly cheese steak sandwich( no soda, beer or wine) just water, waitress was nice but i askef for pepper flakes and she just said"coming right up" but there never came to us i understand being busy but service its slow and horrible(i do restaurant service for a living) still left 20% tip even when not deserved ...overall bad experience and bad service i will not go back

Was on vacation so we go to the cheesecake factory store in Lubbock TX the service was bad felt like we were rushed the food was horrible I ordered the shrimp plate the shrimp was burned the French fries were good ordered two cream cheese pieces to go left a $ 20.tip get home and my peice of cheese cake is only half of a cheese cake covered in whip cream wow will never go to the Lubbock location 👎very disappointed

Food is terrible, had 2 easy items meatloaf and stuffed mushrooms meatloaf was hard and dry the mashed potatoes where lumpy stuffed mushrooms where small and sick looking

Amazing service and great variety of foods!

Best damn food on the planet, had to tell someone!!
