Bad Cheesecake Factory night. We ordered from Cheesecake Factory tonight, 4/3/20, and it was horrible. The worst is the response I got when I called and spoke with Nicole, the manager. There was 4 missing items from our order and I called ahead to see if they still had the Town Square Picnic Blankets. The girl placed me on hold and went to check. She told me that they still had them. When my husband picked up the order they told him that they only got 50 and were gone awhile ago. I know this is a hard time for everyone, right now, and called to let the manager know that the orders weren't going out complete. She said she was sorry about that and didn't offer for us to come get it. With so many places hurting for business and doing take out, we will be placing our orders elsewhere. Like I said, I do understand what everyone is going through, but Nicole, as a manager should have resolved the situation better. Just an FYI to check your order before you leave OR before your delivery person leaves.

I think food is great restaurant is amazing but the coorporation is too greedy and in a time like this they are exposing workers to danger while all the bosses are isolating themselves and even avoiding meetings in person is such a disgrace I saw how they work ther is no barriers at the cash register and food handling I pray for all the workers for this SHAME ON YOU CHEESECAKE FACTORY

Always an excellent experience with new food and my usual food orders. I love you cheesecake restaurant. Always an amazing experience dining at your restaurant. I love you Cheese Cake.

This place is so great I love this quality of this place the customer service very excellent and polite.

Have dined there for years. In Towson, yesterday, waited for take out cheesecake 10 full minutes as the counter person was preparing dishes for in service. Finally someone appeared, went to register & asked for my order. Commented I’d given it to the server 10 mins. Ago. NO apology simply this “can’t you see he’s busy,”. I walked out. I’m in my 70’s, very active & eat there frequently with family and friends until now. I will share this insult far and wide.

FEBRUARY 16, 2020, visited Cheesecake Factory located in Raleigh, NC. Upon entering the facility, the host did not acknowledge or greet us in any way, shape or form. It was not crowded or busy, as we got there at opening for the day (10 a.m.). As we were seated, we preferred to be seated at another table located directly across from the one we were originally given, same area. The original host stated that we could not sit there because they did not have a server for that area. Again, it was literally across from the 1st table, so did they not have a server for the 1st table as well???? So they moved us across the restaurant as it appeared they had plenty of employees. On top of that, we ordered (2) chicken and waffles and the chicken had no flavor at all, tasted like chicken rolled in flour. The only good thing about this visit was the waiter was EXCELLENT and very apologetic for our experience.

We went last week. Had to sit outside. It was crazy cold. Our waitress dropped food and plates twice. That was s mess spet over 100 and food was not great. My salad had a lot of brown pieces. Shame we go 2x a year as thats all i can afford, usually for my daughters birthday.

Great experience.. restaurant located inside destiny USA in Syracuse NY. There was a problem with my meal and they handled it appropriately and compensated me. It was very professional and I will be a return customer for sure! Great customer service, great food, extensive menu and options.
