My Husband and I went to the Greensboro Friendly 10-17-26 , when we walked in there was a lot of young people standing at the front desk, no hello, welcome, so I greeted them, we were taken to our table , we both ordered omelettes, the potatoes were so hard we couldn’t eat them, I haven’t been there in many years, I we will not be back. The only reason I gave two stars the waitress we was decent!

I have thought this posting for a while but decided to do it. I visited The Cheesecake Factory in Franklin, Tennessee on Sunday July 12 for my grandsons birthday. I was so excited to visit them but it was the worsest experience with both service and food. We were a party of 8 and it was at 530 so yes they were busy but first the service we got our drinks then waited 30 minutes while he talked to another waiter shooting the cramp, lots of laughing. He finally walked our way and then turned around prompting me to holler. I thought he was coming for our order. I got only 1 refill at the end of the meal. He would come to the tables in front of us, could easily toward around to check on us, then would turned around and walk away. He brought water to people and 2 people at our table needed water. I had to flag him done for refills for everyone 2 times. He never checked on us after our food came except to ask if we was ready for cheesecake and when we said no he was shocked, but there was a Cookie Cake from Great American Cookie Company in the center of the 2 tables. There is so much more I could say but I won't. As for the food I got 2 appetizers, the Cheesy Crab Dip which was dry as a bone. I saw no cheese and could see individual strands of crab. The second was Taquitos that I couldn't eat. The chili sauce was too hot for my mouth. I told him and he didn't offer me anything else. Chicken Parmesan looked nothing like Chicken Parmesan, mashed potatoes were bland and cold. Positive note corn good but not really warm. Like I said I was very disappointed cause we live at least 1 hr 45 minutes away from our nearest in Knoxville, Tennessee.

I went to buy Cheese Cake to take home. I bought 6" Raspberry white chocolate truffle cake which I bought it week ago as well. Week ago it cost me $37.95. Week after same cake they charge me $44.95. $7 more than before. Luckily I remember the price and I pulled out the receipt from Credit card on my phone. I complain to the Manager and they refund $7. What if I don't remember the price and did complain than I would have paid $7 more. Manager didn't even apologize to me. I do have all the receipt to prove it. This is Brea Mall location.

I used to go there all the time with family and friends. The service is mixt sometimes you get a nice and experience waitress and other times you get an idiot with an attitude and no experience. I anderstand that because in this US CORPORATION waitress is not a real job like the rest of the world. But what made the last visit was the scam that run on certain days like 8 oz of red wine for $16.00 dollars and the next day the same ting is $24.00. Well done you scam an extra dollars but you lost a costumer.

Arrived just after they opened, so there were maybe 2 tables in the entire restaurant. Waiter was quick with getting our salad and drinks, and that's where his attentiveness ended. He left dirty plates on table, didn't ask if we wanted refills, and the food took far too long to get, given the time of day and emptiness of the place. Fish was hot and good, fries were not hot. Caeser salad was good. He never asked how the food was, didn't clear dirty plates. And, by the way, nobody else stepped in and cleared either - and to me, that's unacceptable. When you're working in a restaurant, there has to be a sense of urgency with each and every employee, and there wasn't. We were entirely neglected and we won't be going back. Unfortunately, this has been the case each time we've visited, for the last 4 or 5 times, and we're done. We'll go in to pick up a cheesecake and leave, but not to sit and eat.

So going to the cheesecake factory on today, December 7 and my mom and sister ordered two chicken sliders. They came out like two kids have fixed them. A dinner roll sliced in half with a chicken tender throw in the middle really cheesecake factory you disappointed me.

The food was tasty. Great. The portions were tiny and expensive. We split a hamburger in half, the fries were in a little cup . It would have been the perfect size for 5 year olds !!! I ordered a drink it was a glass packed full of ice 🧊 3 sips and it was almost gone ($20) My wife asked for a champagne 🍾 split. They brought out a opened Moët -MINI bottle About half the size of a split (!!) for $24 So now we’re up to $65 to share a burger with an insulting amount of fries . She wants to leave a 20% tip. Fine . Every time we go out to lunch it’s $80 for a unsatisfying meal. I’m sure the corporate people are very satisfied. PLEASE 🙏 Lord , don’t let my wife drag me into another Cheesecake Factory-EVER AGAIN. ROBBERY.😣😔

We waited over 30 minutes for 2 sandwiches with fries. The manager then attempted to tell my family our order had only been in the kitchen for 10 minutes when we had already been waiting for 30 minutes.
