The wait was much longer than anticipated. I was told 2-3 hours before a rx script would be sent to pharmacy. It took 6 hours instead. No live customer service phone number on weekends that goes for chat feature option as well. I never got a reply back trying to use the online chat feature. I'm grateful my rx was sent to the pharmacy 15 min before the store closed. The service they offer is great and the value is great. You need to really improve your over communications capabilities and over live support during core hours including weekends!

I would give them less if I could. Paid them and never heard back from them. It says offices are open but no answer. All communication stopped after I paid. Never got prescription I needed. I also feel all these good reviews were paid for by Caremd.

Don’t even think about considering using this company if you are in severe pain as I am and as I have been for at least 12 hours. I paid for their services at lunch today and it is now 5:33 and I haven’t heard a word back from them. They took my money and then went silent on me. Who or what kind of a business would do someone in such a way? I’ll tell you what kind! The kind that doesn’t care about their patients needs yet instead only cares about taking their hard earned money. I hope that it catches up with them and they go out of business as they should. Oh my God I am hurting so bad and caremd couldn’t care less. I’ve sent so many messages and now I’m to the point that I’ve asked on several occasions to please just give me my money back and like I said, they’ve went silent and won’t answer to any of my messages. What a horrible horrible company caredmd is. Stay away people. They do not provide their customers with any services after you have paid them and I hope they burn in hell.
