This company is a SCAM!!!! Run! We reached out to the company to obtain a prescription for an antibiotic for my husband for a gum infection. I read the refund policy about no refund after the prescription was sent to the pharmacy. I had no problem with it as I knew we were going to use the antibiotics. What could go wrong? What is not in the fine print, my friends, is that they will send the prescription to the pharmacy with no physician signature, therefore you are unable to get your prescription. But they will not give you a refund because "they sent the prescription to the pharmacy" there is no way to get a hold of them unless you email or text but they will tell you to call the number. When you call the number it says they are busy assisting other customers and to text - they don't let you stay on the line and wait...no because they don't want to talk to you. I requested a refund and they ask me for an address of a DIFFERENT pharmacy to send it to. WHAT?!?! Why would this matter? I told them to send to my pharmacy with a signed prescription. They promised they would "ASAP" and nothing happened after. This company is a complete scam and should not be operating.
