I tried to get meds for a UTI. The questionnaire from their website asks if had you have kidney infection and there is no option to select N/A. I tried their chat support and the representative 'John' kept playing dumb and didn't help at all. Waste of time. Whoever this company is hiring as a website developer and customer support is scamming them

Paid for service and never got a follow through except for three hours later. I thought I had an upper respiratory infection and stated that in the past, I used a Zpak. After not hearing back from them, I use another service provider through my insurance company and the physician I spoke with said that Z-Pak is not the right anabiotic for my health issue. I never spoke to a doctor at care MD. They simply took my money and sent a prescription without even discussing my health issue with me. I didn’t even know the prescription was at my pharmacy until after I’ve already picked up the correct prescription for my illness. Is this even legal?
