Amazing customer service
Amazing customer service. We had a tricky issue and the representative, Louie/Louis, was super patient and helpful. Things are so strange right now, it was really appreciated that I spoke with a kind and helpful human. Thank you so much.

App issues
While the customer service representative was efficient, and professional and kind, I am only giving a 4 star rating. This is because she never should have had to call me. I set up autopay, and for some reason your system wouldn't take it. It made my payment late and I have NEVER missed a payment or been late. Had this not happened, you would get 5 stars.

I have been sick due to Covid
I have been sick due to Covid. The build card helped me with a payment plan so that I was able to get back on track. I was very pleased with my call today.
