I have called in 3 times because my build card will not work, each time the rep has told me it needed to be activated and said they did the activation and I could use my card in 1 hour. I still cannot use my card.

Customer service does not know the exact terms and information. Every time I would call about cash advance I was told difference information. This was very disappointing and I have had this card for several years. Very poor customer service made it very inconvenience for me.
