Signs you up as a recurring charge
DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. As several others have reported, the service signs you up a recurring customer without adequate notice. There aren't adequate payment reminders at all. The charges show up on your paypal as a vague "streaming subscription" charge. You have no way to tell if you have this charge still going on. I am out of $667 over the last almost two years! FIND ANOTHER SERVICE AND SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE OF DEALING WITH THIS TERRIBLE BUSINESS.
Response from The Bloom MethodMar 20, 2024
Hi Anjali! We're truly sorry that you didn't realize that you were signing up for a reoccurring subscription but we make it very clear through every avenue possible that we are a subscription model. It is mentioned multiple times on our website and when you subscribe you agree to reoccurring charges unless canceled. We have never sold access to our app outside of a subscription model so missing this point as you're signing up is something we cannot control. We can imagine that losing $667 is incredibly frustrating but forgetting that you signed up for a subscription service and not questioning this reoccurring charge on your credit card for over a year isn't the fault of The Bloom Method's. We always offer those who don't qualify for a refund up to 2 years of an extension to use our subscription While we honor our business policies we always try to meet you where we can in hopes of helping you via our platform. If you change your mind and would like to use the app for another 2 years at no charge, our offer remains.
