I was never notified for the $99 auto renewal. When I found it on my AMEX bill and tried to cancel, they would not cancel and said they sent me a notification and I should’ve canceled at that time. I haven’t used the app ever and they will not refund my money. Buyer be

Horrible customer service and no refunds. I agree with all the other reviews. I think it's unethical to charge pregnant women or new moms hundreds of dollars with no possibility for a refund. I tried one workout and didn't like it and now I'm stuck with a yearly subscription I don't want.

I am currently 29 weeks pregnant and have been looking for an app that can prepare me for my labor. I’ve always been a gym rat and a workout video connoisseur (since early YouTube days before 2010) and have no problem working out at the gym or virtually. But as I’m nearing my due date I wanted more emphasis on strengthening my pelvic floor and core in a safe way while learning modifications for some of the strenuous strength/HIIT workouts. I am very pleased that the Bloom Method seems to combine both. I was also blown away to hear the CEO leave me an audio reply to a question I posed via their coaching service. They have a one-week trial for those who want to check it out before committing to the program. I signed up for a trial and will be continuing as a member! Excellent customer service!!! Highly recommended!!

STAY AWAY! The Bloom Method is a predatory company that profits off of unethical and illegal subscription practices. They auto renewed the annual subscription without warning or consent. Why does Bloom Method force their customers to stay customers another year by tricking them into an unwanted auto renewal? If the service was good, shouldn't we want to renew? Either way, the choice should be ours. Even if Bloom Method did follow all the legal subscription practices and required consents (which they didn't), they shouldn't try and profit off of how busy, forgetful, and overwhelmed new moms are. If it truly was our fault, and we forgot to cancel, then why is money more important than serving their customers? There's a reason there's many reviews just like this one... If you are reading this, and in the same situation, call your bank and file a chargeback. Your bank will return the money since these practices are illegal. The classes itself are decent (good not great), but the customer service is horrendous.

We're sorry to hear that your wife forgot to cancel her subscription within the first year of subscribing to a reoccurring yearly subscription even with the 2 reminder emails that she received prior to being charged for her 2nd year. We are very aware of how early motherhood can get busy and we do our best to notify all members of upcoming charges so that they have ample time to cancel should they not want to continue being a member. In every stage of the subscription process, we make it clear that we don't offer refunds and while we honor our polices, we also offer women in your situation the option to use any paid for subscriptions for up to 2 years after the date of payment AND gift you an additional year at no charge. This 2 year subscription has been added to your wife's account should she choose to use them in the future. Nothing about our policies are unethical (they're actually incredibly standard w/ subscription models) and if you want to claim legality issues, we'd be happy to point to you all of the places where we transparently share our polices around refunds prior to choosing to subscribe. In fact, our horrendous customer service team also sent you proof that we sent reminder emails to your wife twice in hopes to properly notify her about her upcoming subscription. We go over and beyond what a lot of companies would do in this situation and it's sad to see you slander us as much as you have above. I think it's fair for companies such as ours to honor any and all policies that we have in place without being reprimanded for doing so. We wish you the best and would still love the opportunity to support your wife in her postpartum or future pregnancy experience's should she want to use the subscriptions in her account.

Love Love Love this program. It’s hands down the best and their postnatal program has been recommended to me by both my doctor and my pelvic floor PT. I feel stronger after 2 babies than I did pre-baby. Love the energy of all the coaches, the workouts are HARD, and Brooke and Kerry’s cueing with the core and pelvic floor Is the best I’ve ever experience. Thanks ladies, you’re the best!

I absolutely love this app. I started using it during my first pregnancy and I’m still a member 4 years later during my 3rd pregnancy. I have tried other subscription apps and this one is hands down the most thorough and the coaches and workouts are amazing. Not only can I count on this app to keep me feeling strong during my pregnancy but I have never felt stronger after pregnancy. Their core and pelvic floor programs are amazing and my pelvic floor PT also loves this app. You can’t go wrong with Studio Bloom. I’m so grateful I found this app during my first pregnancy.
