For people with mild to moderate back problems, finding theater furniture that you can sit on for about two hours can be a pain since most theater seats do not support any spinal curvature or problem. After combing all local furniture and specialty furniture stores in and around our area and not finding what we were looking for, we decided to try Theaterseatstore.com. We were skeptical about ordering such an item thru the internet, but a friend's recommendation and positive reviews gave us what we needed to give it a try. Our Customer Service Rep, Patrick, answered all our questions, sent us leather samples of the colors we were interested in, was professional, friendly & helpful. When we placed the order I was a little taken aback, that the full amount was charged up front. The 6-8 week window for delivery seemed a long way away. At 6 weeks we checked with the company & found that our seating was just being completed. Within 2 days we received a call informing us of delivery and setup time. Our seating arrived in beautiful condition, exactly as we had ordered. The delivery service was great with the setup, placing everything in it's proper spot, showing us how to use the power recliners & removing all the packaging. We could not be happier with our new furniture!

Bad service from beginning to end. Price agreed over the phone was not honored and credit card charged for $250 more. Was not notified when furniture was ready but credit card charged final 50% within 30 days of purchase - which was 60 days prior to expected delivery (we were building a home and didn't need it for 90 days). Couldn't get customer service to respond to phone calls when it was time to set up delivery. Sales would always answer but was quick to say they couldn't help. Sales is in Golden, CO and customer service somewhere in FL. Shipping company (out of MN) another nightmare and despite white glove assembly, it was not assembled and the shippers didn't have a clue how to assemble. Still waiting on warranty paperwork and was told 3 different stories on when we would receive it.

Excellent store! I love theatersteatstore.com and have bought from them many times. Initially, I did not want to buy from an online store. I wanted to spend a lot of money and I wanted to see what I was paying for. However, many of the “regular” brick and mortar stores were just charging way too much for seats. I finally cracked and went online and I’m glad I did. This store has everything you will need for your home theater.

They had an incredible deal going on at the time I bought my chairs. The problem I had with this company is a lack of COMMUNICATION! The website says that you can chat on line with them if you have questions at anytime and then it proceeds to tell you to come back at certain hours. Then I tried calling them to ask questions and check up on my order and kept getting an answering service that said they will contact me back. Well no one contacted me back until I had to threaten to cancel my order and take my business elsewhere. I emailed them about when I should expect arrival and if I would get an email to approximate when I should anticipate my delivery. They responded to me by saying I should get my email in the next 2-4 days. I got my email after the delivery had shown up at my door. They had no tracking of my purchase to keep me informed of arrival. I was just lucky I was off that day to accept it. Overall the quality of merchandise is great. I am well pleased with it. They just need to improve in the communication area.
