The theater trays arrived quickly. I ordered 7 but the system said my credit card didn’t go thru so I re ordered a couple days later. Ended up both orders went thru. I have to pay the shipping back due to their issue which is about half what the total is. They were rude on the phone and didn’t take any ownership for the issue.

Edit: I’m amending this review with updates reflecting the current situation. I ordered a loveseat, which is two matching seats. What they sent me was two different seats: same overall design, but different leather and different electronics. I originally gave a high review because they seemingly took care of it, but it actually resulted in failure. I waited a month for the replacement seat. What showed up was the exact same seat, so I’m still stuck with a mismatched loveseat, where the left and right aren’t the same. That’s not what I paid for. I emailed them and said that at this point, I want to arrange for a return and refund. On Monday morning, they told me they’d call in a few minutes; they did not call. On Tuesday morning, they again said they’d call me that day; they did not call. They don’t seem willing to conduct the RMA over email and they clearly not prioritizing making this right, so now I had to dispute the entire transaction on via American Express. It seems like they’ll happily take your money, but don’t care to follow through with their promises and obligations. Simply put, I’ve been patient and I’ve given them multiple chances, and yet, I’m still without the thing that I paid for. Unless Theater Seat Store rectifies this situation before American Express does, then I strongly suggest avoiding this company at all costs. They will sweet talk you, but at the end of the day, they seem to sleep well while ripping people off. The following is my original review: I had a weird situation with my order. Cherise has been extremely patient with me, and I’m kind of a pain, so that alone is worth 5 stars. But wait, there’s more. She has consistently answered my emails and calls, even going out of her way to make sure to loop me in during business hours when there was a phone and internet outage! She has alleviated all stress and completely rectified the situation with my brand new Octane seats. It truly has been a pleasure working with Cherise to figure this out, from initial phone call of me not knowing my right from left, all the way to the final resolution of replacing one of my seats, all while putting a smile on my face. The only remaining issue is that I’m limited to awarding only 5 stars, but 6 is really warranted. Bravo. I wish everyone cared this much.

One headrest was broken. Instead of fixing, they're shipping us the new part and expect us to fix it ourselves. Design has many flaws - can't reach accessories with wide/high seats; wine holder works only for very short-stem glass; massager doesn't retract to resting position (leaves metal in back); no massager in bottom, only back; installers lazy, didn't clean up after themselves and did a poor job due to bad attitude.

I thought I would be buying an American product but the chair was made in China. I paid for white glove delivery but, TSS(Theater seat store),contracted delivery out to another service and setup to a third service. The setup crew never showed up. It took 4 months to get my chair. It took over a month to process my refund for delivery. The only place TSS didn't fail was the customer support workers. Those folks were very kind and polite and they get the stars.

I'm disappointed that Theater Seat Store offered no follow though in completing my order through delivery. I'd tracked our order to see that it arrived in my area and expected to be contacted about delivery. No contact was eve made. I called Theater Seat Store for an update and was asked if I contacted the shipping company - I had no idea why we would need to do that when our order was placed through Theater Seat Store. It is incredibly frustrating to spend so much money and have to jump through these hoops to see the delivery through myself.

TheaterSeatStore is just a middle man for Theater Seats made in China. I purchased the Octane LHR seating. I ordered 5 seats (almost $6K) from them on January 2. It took til May 1 (16 weeks), even though they indicated it would be 10-12 weeks. In mid April, the seats still had not shipped and I asked to cancel the order in its entirety. Miraculously, the seats were on their way from the carrier in California. The seats themselves are great but TheaterSeatStore is not. They are johnny on the spot to get your order, but once they have it, they are very poor in their communication after that. Buyer beware, they charge your credit card at least 1/2 of the total amount immediately even if it takes months to deliver the seats. I also had a separate order where I ordered two accessories and they charged me for both of them but only one of them ever showed up. The second item was supposedly sent but the tracking number they provided indicates it never shipped. The quality of the seats are fantastic. It's too bad the management of this company is so poor, otherwise it would be a great company to order from since the product is very good.

Repeated solicitation emails posing as follow up messages to previous communication that never actually happened. Shady.

the tables barely hold a glass of water and after the first month, they will NOT hold a glass of water!!! The problem is the metal post, that screws into a PLASTIC table... DO NOT BUY!! ALSO, LEDs are very bright these days... not sure where they got these lamps, but they are so dim that we frequently left them on and of course the batteries go dead... DO NOT BUY!!
