Theater Seat StoreReviews of theaterseatstore.com

We really like the seats. We have 4 Blade seats, curved with a middle love seat. Ordering was easy and customer service was great. We would definately use the "white glove" delivery next time though. We were told the seats were "easy to carry". Not really, we are both (husband and I) pretty fit but there wasn't a chance of getting those chairs in the house and down the stairs. We had to wait until we got help, even then with 2 men, it wasn't "easy". Just saying, use the white glove and they will bring the seats into your house, not just to the garage.

As part of the process of building a new home, we planned from the very beginning to have a theater room. So, we ordered chairs from theaterseatstore.com more than 4 more months in advance of when construction was expected to be complete. The ordering process was very smooth and we ordered with the understanding that the chairs would be shipped without issue, if we called by a certain time. What was so frustrating is that we did just as we were instructed, but were told at that point two things: 1) that the chairs were the most popular item they had, and 2) that delivery would be delayed 7 weeks! We shared our frustration with several people, but in the end needed to just wait it out. It's a very good company, and the chairs are what we hoped they would be. It was just a real downer on the whole experience that we had to wait so long.

Searching for the right theater seating for my new home theater was no easy task. After I had renovated my entire basement to fit it with the best equipment I could afford, I still could not find the right seating set. It was a good thing my contractor had recommended TheaterSeatStore.com. This site had all types of equipment for home theaters including seating. The only problem I had was that there were too many choices. I found the right set, ordered it and got it right away.

We had a tight time line and expected the chairs in place for a birthday party. When I ordered them the 4-5 week lead time meant that they should be here no problem. With a week and a half before the party I checked on the status of delivery. The response was non-committal but said I should have it no later than the 11th which was 2 days too late and a week beyond the 5 weeks quoted. I pressed the issue a bit and let them know that we expected it by the 9th. A few days later I got a shipment notification letting us know that the expected delivery date was the 8th, so I was relieved and proceeded to send out invitations. A few days later I received an e-mail with a phone number we should call to schedule delivery. I called that number and was informed that they had contracted a 3rd party trucking firm to make my final delivery and gave me a new number to call them. I contacted them and was dismayed to find out that they had received the furniture too late to make the delivery on the 8th as planned and wouldn't be able to deliver until the following week. I then explained the situation with The Theater Store and Manna, the original trucking company and pleaded with them to find another way to get the seats here in time. Manna replied a day later saying that they found another third party to make the delivery and it would be done on the 8th. Then on the 8th we got a call saying that the delivery guy was sick and would make delivery on the 9th. After all was said and done, we received the chairs 3.5 hrs before the party. Delivery and setup was excellent. The chairs are comfortable and were popular among the guests. I'd give 5 stars, but there was far too much stress about the delivery.

From the minute you order you know you have made the right decision. The description of your seats is just perfect, customer service is first class, the delivery time is right on and the white glove delivery is second to none. Overall this was one of the best online purchases I have ever done kudos and 5 stars to Theater Seat Store.

I’m writing this Theaterseatstore.com review so that the buyers will know some of the pros and cons of buying their theater seats from this site. I was encouraged to place my order on this site because they have the latest listings of theater seats compare to other sites. So what I did, I post my order and things I need for my theater seat, I received everything from my order but only after a month of waiting. The service was great but if they can only do something about the delivery time. Nonetheless, it’s a good site to purchase your theater seats.

I wanted to give TSS four stars, but in the end they do indeed deserve five. I had a deadline which was met. Unfortunately, the white glove delivery had to be nixed because come to find out, that service takes an extra 2-3 days on top of what I was told. Given my tough delivery location was deep in the mountains, I understand the WGD service now. The ONLY thing I can complain about is that. If you need seats in a rush do not get WGD. Shara Williams was my service rep and her customer service skills are first class. She made up for the WGD issue which was reimbursed in the end. The in-stock seats I chose (Palliser Bullet QTY 7) were purchased with about 30 days lead time on my end. They were delivered on time, within a three day window, intact and very easy to assemble. I could have moved and built them myself if I did not have any help. The seats are incredible. A+ Quality. Thanks for coming through guys. I will definitely deal with you again.

I had a hard time finding the right seats for my home theater. I looked everywhere and still everything was too pricey or just did not fit my needs. Eventually, a friend of mine told me I should check out TheaterSeatStore.com. I was skeptical, but then when I looked at the site, I could see why it was highly recommended. This site is easy to navigate and I immediately found something I like. I also impressed with their good response for excellent customer services. Ordering was easy and I found my seats and got it in the same week.
