Theater Seat StoreReviews of theaterseatstore.com

I don’t have enough words to recommend this site! Theaterseatstore.com is an excellent website! The site itself is easy to navigate and you can find what you need quickly. You can look around and find a lot of things that can suit different tastes and styles. Of course, the service is quite excellent! If you need to return something, all you have to do is call their hotline and you’ll be answered by a friendly and professional customer service rep who can help you with whatever you need. If you are looking for the right home theater system, couch, or accessory, this is the place you should go to! Don’t even bother with those other websites.

I could not have been happier. The salesman helped me pick out the perfect chairs. It is difficult buying something sight unseen but the salesman knew exactly what I needed and what would work for my husband who is 6'2" and me (only 5'2"). He didn't rush me into making a decision and answered every question fully. He was spot on with the delivery date. The delivery company was also outstanding. They were very late with the delivery but kept calling to keep us informed of their progress. When they arrived, we could tell they were exhausted and they were so apologetic for how late they were. As tired as they were, they treated us like we were their first delivery. Everything was perfect and the chairs are magnificent. Thank you for everything

I ordered seats for my theater room and they got delayed by almost a month. I had to foo low up many times and they said I can cancel my order rather than finding a solution. I am still missing a power cord to use the reclining feature.Very disappointed.

Good advice too, about seating surfaces.

The seat and the company are great. The blue lights are very bright though so you would never have them on when watching TV. The seat is comfortable, does not recline as far as a lazy boy though. As for delivery services, I was very prepared for it to take a long time as the customer service was great but the local company I had to deal with claimed they could not find my house so they waited an extra week for delivery. All in all good seats and I would purchase again.

I looked all over town for leather theater seating for my new game room. I found what I was looking for at Best Buy's in-store partner, Magnolia Home Theaters. After testing out a set of manual recliners, I was given all the information I needed to do further research and ultimately order exactly what I wanted online. When I went to the website, I was knocked out with all of the helpful information and specs to let me measure my room for the exact configuration I would be ordering. Shipping was free and I paid a little extra for the "white glove delivery". It was worth every penny. The chairs arrived about a week ahead of schedule and were delivered when it was convenient for me. We love the chairs and would recommend them and the TheaterSeatStore to anyone.

Everything as advertised . They did a great job in every way and we love the seats

i was a little skeptical about buying these chairs without seeing them (palliser bullet).i did alot of research online but was unable to find anything. i bought seven recliners for my theater and let me jugt say "wow". these chairs exeded my expectations, they are extremly comftable and work great.i have spent many nights sleeping in these recliners.i would definatly recommend getting the power option with leather as i did.
