One of the salesperson was not very helpful and not friendly. Too long wait time to receive the product.

I really appreciated Tom's help. He was patient and very honest with his responses. The furniture took a little longer than expected but arrived in perfect condition! So thankfully for my purchase and I highly recommend Theater Seat Store to anyone!

The chairs arrived as ordered. Nice leather and comfortable, however there to no way to link them together as one unit, so they move around a lot and they are not completely finished on all sides, so you have to move them a lot , same for the electrical they should be connected so you don't have three different cords. All this would have made a huge difference.

Chairs are great. Installers were great. I was quoted 4-6 weeks, and they took 7 weeks to the day, but this included Thanksgiving, Xmas, New Years, so hard to fault them too much. Would've been nice to be able to track the order process, or easier to get an update through the phone, but other than that, a good experience.

Delivery was prompt, setup was easy, chair was amazing! glad i purchased!

It took longer than expected to get our order. We had to track it down. Then we got it scheduled! THEN I paid for white glove delivery and set up and when they came to deliver they specifically told me they don't set up. This was delivery only. $200 for a service I didn't get. Then they said they'd refund and we haven't seen that yet either. We had the chairs for exactly 24 hours when one of the motors went out. I do NOT recommend this company at all.

8-10 days quickly became 8-10 weeks and it was still much later than that. Verify they have it in stock on the phone before making an order. Seats were fine. Shipper didn't schedule delivery but luckily we were home.

Before ordering my theater chair I made it clear to the order intake person that it is for recovery after my surgery and i will need it to be delivered by a certain date, after being assured of order/delivered dated with confirmation number. I was called back only to be told the chair I ordered I'd not in stock and would be delivered after my surgery date......not good. Well of course I cancelled my order with my surgery date fastly approaching. After a lot of back n forth finally got the chair in a timely fashion. I will not be ordering again because fit the price I paid it should have been EASIER. P.S. I'm guessing the chair was made in haste and the leather was sown to tight because within a week there ia small hole my the right arm compartment
