The seats are great. My only issue was the delivery company. Some boxes were crushed and the accessories box was open. So I was concerned the seats were damaged. Your instructions to sign "subject to inspection" was not allowed. They said it is all electronic and there is nothing to sign. Luckily everything was ok and well packed.

I purchased a theater seating order from TheaterSeatStore for approximately $4,497 and later requested cancellation and a refund. On September 10, 2026, the company confirmed in writing that my cancellation and refund request had been submitted and stated that processing would take up to 7 business days. They also stated that my request had been expedited. That deadline has passed, and I still have not received my refund. I contacted the company again after the deadline, but the money remains outstanding. I have written documentation of the cancellation and refund request, the company's confirmation, and the promised processing timeframe. I am simply requesting that the company complete the promised refund to my original payment method and provide written proof of the refund transaction.

The team was great helping me choose the right seats and the finished product came out better than any movie theater! Great products!

Everything was exactly as I ordered and assembly was easy!! These chairs transformed our basement theater. We never used this space much and now it is a daily thing we all look forward to!
