We like the seats. They came in a timely manner. The delivery men set it up quickly. So far, they are very comfortable to sit in and watch long movies. I looked at a lot of seats before buying these because I wanted as many seats as would fit in our space. These seats say they are narrow, but they are still very big and roomy. The arm rest is plenty wide also.

I wish the chairs connected together. We have an 8 year old and he loves to get out of the first row of chairs from the recline position.

I was worried about ordering the product on line since I normally like to sit and look at the chairs first. I read the reviews and decided to purchase the theater seats. WOW I'm I glad I did and my family and friends can't believe the quality and price of the product.

My order was shipped and delivered in a timely manner and I am very pleased with these seats. They are comfortable and look great.

Great buy!! Just what I expected. The seats are great, very comfortable. Delivery was great and I would recommend these chairs for anyone that's on the fence.

Love the selection, the price was good (not great) but they had the seating I wanted (Palliser - because they are North American-made). The site has some great tools online to measure and make sure it would fit in my space. Sales guy was helpful, although when I was ready to order I couldn't get a hold of him, left 2 message with no return call from anyone (really? hello! my wallet is out? I'm ready to buy??). This should have been a sign to me. Original delivery date was April 1 (I should have recognized that as another sign!). They didn't explain very well what that actually means - but it meant delivered to THEIR warehouse "somewhere" in Texas by April 1. Disappointing when you've been waiting 6 weeks. I can live with that but then that was delayed - without any notice, April 1st came and went. I called into customer service multiple times, they're clearly overworked (they seem to be managing calls for multiple online retailers). But when I eventually got a hold of someone I learned that my chairs were actually assembled in China (that's not mentioned on the site! another disappointment) and there were delays in coming into the country. Eventually I was given a delivery date. The home delivery was a disaster. I got a call from the 'final mile' delivery company on the day of delivery - they "couldn't find my package… could you please describe what it is?". How do you not know what my order was? and how do you "lose" 4 recliners? Numerous panicked calls: first to who I thought was the delivery company (I looked up an email from Manna talking about delivery dates) - they had no record of my delivery. Next to Customer Support, no response. Turns out Manna wasn't the final delivery company, luckily I got a call back from the guy at the warehouse and they "found" my recliners. Phew! Guy shows up, all by himself. I had to help him unload… unfortunately not before he DROPPED one of the motorized recliners from the top of the stack of 3 boxes. I tested the dropped chair, luckily works fine, no damage. In the end, I got the chairs I wanted, I'm happy with the product but I would never deal with that again. I don't believe any of it was malicious, just inept. I do NOT recommend this retailer for any large furniture purchases.

seats arrived on time, the packaging was in great shape. Easy to put together. I just wish it had a little more padding in the seat and back.I am i big man so that may have something to do with it. Hoping that last many years and no plan on ordering more soon.

These look awesome in my man cave! Cannot wait for football season! Go with the power recline.
