Theater Seat StoreReviews of theaterseatstore.com

The seats are comfortable, and a good deal for the purchase price. I did think the seats would be longer, but my feet hang off, and I am only 6'3". One of the seats lights don't work, so there is no reason to hook up the others. The table trays were shipped separately. Overall, good value for what I paid.

Recieved the items the very next day amazing fast and great prices

Delievered with out white glove service. Even though I paid for it. I was called about this issue, was told they would call back with answer to complaint. Never got that call. I paid $4000.00 for a 3 seat recliner. It is NOT what I expected and planed on. The cushions are very very thin, have no support what so ever, back and bottom. Suppose to have ajustable head rests, didnt happen. I would never buy from them again and would reccomend you run now, before it's to late. By the way, They won't except a return, because I ordered the color I wanted. Guess what, that is considered a"custom order " and they won't take those back. So I'am stuck with a $4000.00 very uncomfortable, huge disapointment. I wish they would honor their claims of being the best and supportive. Wishful thinking. Anyone want to buy a 3 chair theater seat? Huge discount

We are very please with our choice in seating. Very comfortable, look very nice, and easy to clean.

The leather is so soft and beautiful. The tray tables are convenient and the cup holders are pretty and are meant for very big cups and has good storage space. I bought the manual ones which become easier with use. They seemed a little tight at first. The seat does not recline completely flat which is not always necessary for a movie. They recline with about 30 degrees left at an angle. They are a little bigger than some other seats so if space is an issue you might want to reconsider. I find the size luxurious and fills my space wonderfully. I have only had them for 2-3 weeks and delivery was very prompt. I cannot comment on warranty info since I have not had to use it. The entire family loves them. They look and feel grand!

I ordered an item that was marked quick ship. According to the description, the product should have been at my house within 4 weeks. However after my order was placed, I was informed that the product was back ordered 6-8 weeks. Unfortunately it was then delayed again. Customer service never contacted me. I always contacted them. In the end, I contacted the manufacturer to try and get the item delivered as soon as possible.

I called for assistance in ordering seats for one of our clients and he walked me through the entire order to make sure everything was correct. Very helpful and friendly!!

Very pleased with my order of the Paliser Blade theater seats for our digital color correction theater at work. I work for a large animation movie studio and these fit the bill for comfort and functionality, while making the room look professional, as it should!
